Directors came outside to tell the waiting Patrons personally, which was a nice touch, at least they didn't take our money before declaring , unlike our rivals in the east -

Paracetamol doesn't work for Migraines and they can be very severe and debilitating, you are lucky you have not suffered from one -

Scunthorpe must think they have won the lottery, racing a team with 1 heat leader , and I say that loosely, another drubbing I think -

Guess we need Anders and Kasper to do well to keep it competitive, Which Kevin will turn up ? and what is Andre like at Armadale ? Will be going along to cheer on the boys anyway, need to get more than 38 points lol as no one has got more than 38 there so far. -

Was actually a good meeting , Comets deserved the win , worked as a team and were quicker than us out of the gate . Rusty had a bad day but was not without effort and he has been one of our most consistent riders so far . Theo had one bad one but did ok after that , unfortunately Kevin is riding as a second string and not a no.1 , shows flashes but lacks consistency. Mark was much better today after his first duck , found out what was wrong with his bike after the Scunthorpe meeting and rectified it, with a better result today , thought he would have been given heat 15 . Kasper does what is asked of him , never gives up, just wish he could gate ! Anders is a revelation rode through the pain barrier and even vomited after his last heat , he is going to be in the main body of the team soon and is a joy to watch . The result would have been much closer if Dimitri had not been injuried as he had been our top scorer in 3 meetings before injury. R/R is not covering for him .Dreading next week with the Visit of the Monarchs , can't see us getting anything from that one. Just need to wait until next set of averages and see what changes can be made -

Think I would prefer Anders to take time out and get fit, as we could use a guest for him if he is injured (and not competing in another country), Would love the rain to b**ger off somewhere else for a change, think it will be a tough one for us tomorrow and even tougher next week !! -

Got more than I thought we would, shame Anders and Dimitri were not there , reckon they would have scored a few points , r/r did not score what Dimi would have got -

Hope we give Scunthorpe a good match, looks like our toughest meeting yet without Dimitri and Anders, who have been excellent for the tigers so far. Kevin and Mark have been struggling and need to step up, no more injuries please -

There will be very few if any teams that will run Edinburgh close at home, makes our effort look good Well done to Theo and Mason outscoring the scorps as guests.. Theo has had a tough start to the season mechanical wise so will be happy getting the points. I think Edinburgh on current form will win more than a few away meetings too....ah the memories Enjoy monarchs fans, just hope we don't win the wooden spoon again ! Don't think we will though . -

Will be another close meeting, think the Polish guy might like our track , he looked impressive when we were at Redcar, I hope Ritchie has the same meeting at Ashfield that he had last week, but knowing our luck he will be back to his brilliant best.. We will be missing our lively and exciting Dimitri, which is a major loss as he has been our top scorer last 3 meetings..Get well soon young man. So it will be up to Mark and our 2 reserves to replicate his scoring, which will be a difficult task. Kasper had a new engine last week and was going good , so more of the same please, and Anders is bringing a new engine this week, so that leaves Mark to up the ante and score the points that he should . Just hope the forecast rain is only a light shower and the redcar fans get to see a thrilling meeting , with a tigers win of course
