Still not certain Redcar will finish second with a home win tonight, depends on Glasgow losing at Berwick tomorrow or losing one of there 3 remaining home matches. Good to see Redcar doing well though. Although if the bears can pick up a point at Poole that should seal it

True that, he rolls more often than Sarge but gets away with it -

Team manager for Scunny must take some blame for poor decisions , guests did great , especially Broc, shocking to go from 10 points up with 4 to go and lose, thought that was Glasgow's forte in some meetings -
Of course not, he is world champion, but Nowak comes on a 5 average

Poole v Glasgow 3rd September 2021 Championship.

Enjoyed my first ever visit to Poole, Tigers struggled to get out the starts and to be fair the heart has been ripped out of the club with Ulrich's accident but the guys tried hard, I think the pirates will go on and win the championship, they have a strong team. The pirate fans were very gracious towards our very small travelling support, thanks for that. -

Thanks, Hopefully we can get there early, as I am vertically challenged at 4ft 11, I always need to be at the front if not sitting in the stands, what time do the gates open? -

Coming down from Glasgow for my first ever visit to Poole, leaving very early on Friday morning, have no idea who will be guesting at reserve for us until Marcin gets all the necessary papework completed. Hopefully we can be competitive as the Pirates have a very strong team, especially the top 3, we only have Craig riding as a heat leader, the rest as second strings. Are there generally seats available in the grandstand or is it possible to use a camping chair as my friend and I currently have dodgy knees? -
Craig had a family issue, not a mental health issue, yes he has admitted to suffer from mental health issues in the past, but not this time.

Well done Bandits, the bears seem to like to draw meetings

I think Richard is a Glasgow asset from when he was bought from Redcar along with Aaron Summers -

Why does everyone think Glasgow are first in the queue for Tom Brennan if Eastbourne fold? As a fan I would love to have Tom in the team, but tbh I can't see us making changes with so little time left, I suspect we will go with guests to replace Ulle, although a couple of other riders could be doing with being replaced as they have been disappointing, Ulrich is a big miss, every year we have lost out due to injuries, 2019 it was Paul Starke, 2018 it was Craig Cook and this year it is Ulrich, I think we need a bit of good luck for a change. And I hope Birmingham survive as I enjoyed my trips down last couple of times. -
Well done to Newcastle, they fought hard in every race, shame that there wasn't more home support to enjoy the win, there was plenty Glasgow support . That is the best that I have seen Adam Roynon race, which is good to see considering how many awful injuries he has had. For my team, it was frustrating to see them so twitchy at the starts, the ref was holding the tapes for ages, again well done to the diamonds, hope you can consolidate and build some more support, would hate to lose another team

Tom Brennan guests for Ulrich, just posted on Glasgow page, however weather forecast is dismal but we keep our fingers crossed -
Heat 15 doesn't count towards average

Bandits put up a good fight considering they lost 2 riders and no Leon, hope they can recover and finish the season well, for Glasgow it wad good to see the Ricky Wells we expected, Sam and Connor really struggled, but it is difficult if you can't make the gate, Sam also suffering from a rib injury. Hope Jye and Dany are not out for too long .

Firstly well done to the Monarchs, fully deserved the win. I see that people are looking to change riders, but there are not many out there and a few teams are looking to cover for injury as well. Checking the green sheets from issue 1 until recent, Issue 1 Craig 9.93 with discount Ricky 7.40 Ulrich 5.98 Justin 5.20 Broc 5.16 Sam 4.34 Current green sheets Craig 9.40 Ricky 6.82 Ulrich 7.15 Justin 5.33 Broc 5.87 Sam 5.62 Only Craig and Ricky have dropped in average, everyone else has increased, our problem is that we cannot cover the loss of Ulrich who is riding way above his average, we need to get Ricky going, Craig will surely be back to his best fairly soon and Connor is improving all the time, We should still qualify for the play offs, no need to panic yet.
