Is that the same BSPA that has C & P in membership now?

In Any dispute between various parties, particularly at the early stage of legal intervention, the parties will always be advised to try mediation first. The latest official statements indicate a 'softening' of approach - presumably by both sides - prior to an EGM in the first week of January. Everything else at the moment is pure conjecture!! Incidentally, on the Sky Sports Speedway page (updated 22.12.10 - after the BSPA statement) summarising the 2010 season, it states that neither Coventry nor Peterborough will be competing in EL in 2011.

Assuming the BBC report to be accurate - and good if it means Coventry returning under BSPA rules and regs! - I wonder who 'leaked' the news to BBC Coventry & Warwicks?? One can only presume one of the Bees representatives!! Once again not the correct way to go about things is it - whatever has been agreed/mediated/compromised I am certain that there would have been agreement from both sides for the 'official' statement to be made at a specific time by the BSPA. Instead, somebody 'in the know' has already gone back on that agreement. So much for trust, dignity, agreements etc!

Whether its a wind-up or not, announcing something the day before the meeting is a little irresponsible by a member of Bees management - assuming Rosco still is?!!

Can't see that happening with only Poole apparantly making a profit!!
