I think that speedway might have a chance if fresh management were to take it on board.I was at the last meetings in 2018 and was looking forward to attending in 2019,even brought my 12 month old grandson and he loved it.therefore we can live in hope that it does return

It,s typical end up with a treble winning team,then go to the AGM and get blown right out of the water to return with the same team to defend the titles

just a point on kenneth,s exclusion,i did not see it but from where i stand on the first bend the white line looked to be a yard from the edge of the track,surely this is shortening the declared length of the track.but coming out of turn two the line was at the edge of the rugby pitch Last night was very entertaining night ,but the hype about Robert Lambert is to much to bare,on last nights performance he could not gate then he rode in my opinion very wild to catch the others ,on a couple of occasions he was out of control.Maybe he has talent but he aint got a race brain and like jason garrity he could do a lot of damage to himself or other riders.Maybe the pundits should stop building him up and let him get on with building a career in speedway

Lord Lucan it was stated in the rules for 2016 that riders were not allowed on the centre green under any circumstances,therefor alex davies was bang out of order he knew the rules ,he was hustled into the first bend by mason then packed in on the back straight so it was SPIT THE DUMMY OUT moment.

Sadly i dont get to workington now with work commitments,but was there last year when josh rode and in every race he was professional and gave it 100%.We are all aware that it is a dangerous sport but NO rider goes out with intention of hurting others.Josh is and always be professional and warm natured towards people lets just hope the fans or should i put idiots who showed disgrace to Josh are not true comets fans.

I only hope that when the 2015 team is started that certain things are put clearly to the riders as they are paid to entertain the public,a few things i could suggest are want to race for workington give 100% every meeting if they are a asset give a good performance rather than give a good one in the elite then do poor in comets colurs lets see more team riding and not gate and go maybe get a better team manager both me and my daughter went every week until the team started to show in my opinion they did not want the glory as much
