I thought at the start of last season that Peterborough had a good team and couldn't believe that people were writing them off. Hopefully our new underperforming riders from last year will up their game, but we will have to see.

Oh well this team will be saving me money again this season as probably won't be in the play-offs and another early season finish. Can't believe they have built a team that far off of the team limit & with two Aussies I can't stand either.

Would someone remind me why we signed Cook, and again our riders ride totally the wrong lines and get passed for fun. Can someone also explain to me why we picked 2&4 in heat 15, was that down to Ritchie or the riders. Looked a poor crowd tonight even the £1000 couldn't get them there. Season over as we ain't getting anywhere near the top four with this team.

They are obviously trying to recoup money from British fans for covering the premiership, but they are not just doing it with speedway, just greed.

We definitely need to replace Jordan, six weeks is more than half of the season. We only have 7 more home meetings this season so we can’t go RR for that long. As others have said we will lose the extra points available when Anders average goes up and end up with having to get guests for Jordan who will be at reserve. There are riders out there in this country available as King’s Lynn keep finding them. If the promotion doesn’t make changes this is going to be a very long & short season if you get what I mean.

Congrats to King's Lynn on their victory last night, didn't expect it but their riders rode the faster lines on the track. I do wonder if the Ipswich boys watch the other heats, as against Belle Vue the outside line was fastest and they sit on the inside and get passed for fun, and last night the opposite and King's Lynn rode the inside line to their advantage. I bet we see a different Scott Nicholls next week, he never looked like he was going to win a race, very poor. I agree, that I think we saw the teams that will finish 5th & 6th last night, as who will we get in to replace Jordan as there is not a lot of choice out there. The other 4 teams just look stronger than us.

Can't see Crumpy passing many riders if he misses the gate and when he was off gate 4, I turned to my mate and said he would come last. I know it's early days but he needs to be more aggresive. 8 points for Plymouth in the championship doesn't look good either. Some of our riders need to learn to ride wider as the meeting goes on. Jake had a good meeting but he really needed to ride the outside line in heat 15 as he was a sitting duck on the inside. I think we were fortunate to get away with a draw.

Crump was quoted as saying he has been talking to Chris since November, but was probably only second or third choice as with that average he would've fitted in the team with the late Danny Ayres in. Holder was obviously top choice but can't get a visa, very strange. What average is Nicki P on as this seems a very strange figure for Crump to come in on. 7.00 - 7.50 would be reasonable as he hasn't ridden for 8 years. Not sure how I feel about this signing as have never like Crump and he really needs to hit the ground running or it will be a season of struggle, not just for him but the whole team. The one good thing is that Klindt won't be at number 1.

Even if it does mean Premiership he could be signing for Peterborough not Ipswich.

Maybe Swindon will give us a rider this year.

Only Allen for me we need some fresh faces and some gaters mixed in with the racers. If Poole are dropping down Josh G should be one along with one of who Swindon release except Batchelor.

What does it say about your team then we showed plenty of fight in the semi unlike your youngsters. How does the song go when the going gets tough, Poole try cheating.

You can only beat what is put in front of you and even trying to cheat showed you just weren't good enough. You didn't beat us as you relied on your own riders in the semi instead of using guest like you do most years.
