  1. Has not lived up to all the hype, and I personally feel if we have aspirations of winning something, Kus has to go.
  2. Gotta admire your dedication for your team "Shadder's".
  3. For any Worky fans travelling down for this evening's meeting. Be prepared to pay an extra £1 for adults and 50p for children. The forward thinking Redcar Promotion have decided that upping the gate price, is the way to go, towards paying for the mandatory fence for 2014. Considering your new Promotion have reduced admission for 2013, and adult cost is only £13 plus a free race-card. The Bears Website lists the new pricing as a "donation". So do not feel obliged to pay the extra amount.
  4. With the new averages, if we were to keep Davey ( my preferred option, Dilger going awol again). Release Wilko we have up to 6.40 for a replacement. Pepe Franc (6.95), is to high.Tell you who would fit Matty Tresarrieu on 5.84 or Taylor Poole on 5.99. But we all know that Mat will not don a Bears race jacket again, whilst Havvy and co are running the shambolic mess at the STMP.
  5. Would of been nice for Pearson to mention that Dyer was riding for Redcar this year. He kept on reminding us of his 2010 stint with his beloved Heathens.
  6. With Dyer guesting for the injured Chris Mills, this should be a tough test for the reigning champions. Micky is by far the best reserve in the Premier League at the moment. Edinburgh should of built their team with Micky and Tabaka starting at reserve.
  7. Has Robert Branford been signed as the replacement for Oliver Greenwood.
  8. Kus is riding so hopefully will start to perform. Sanchez would not come back to Redcar. He could not wait to get away from the place in 2010.
  9. I have yet to attend a meeting at the STMP, having been at work for the last 3 Thursday's. Going by the comments on Bears Talk, the track has been an absolute disgrace. The new track curator has no previous experience, probably doing it for a cuppa and pie and peas. Another cost cutting measure by Havelock and Co, as long as they can screw the loyal fans with a sub-standard product they will. The track has never been the same since Glyn Taylor left. There have been promises to sort the track out for the last three close seasons, nothing has been done. The best thing that can happen at Redcar is for Gary to take it over from his dad before the die hard fans do walk away for good.
  10. Would of thought Taylor Poole would of got fixed up. A nightmare 2012, coming back to early from a nasty injury in the Witches 1st meeting. Was expected to replace the under performing Doolan. Last years Aussie under 21 champion, and no starting team place for 2013. Am i correct, in that Taylor is a Peterborough asset.
  11. Fixture list has us (Redcar) at Somerset on Friday 2nd August and Plymouth Saturday 3rd August. So why can't it be done for Berwick.
  12. Congratulations to Micky Dyer for qualifying for the Aussie Championships. Gained the last spot after finnishing on 8 points, which included 2 race wins.
  13. Think that belongs to Redcar along with our dire programme.
  14. Perhaps Mr.Harkess will be using his Management Committee credentials again for his own clubs benefit.
  15. As Somerset wanted to sign Brady Kurtz, but as he was refused as he does not turn 17 until September. Max Fricke is also only 16, and does not have British Paternity, so how will he be granted a visa.
  16. As a Redcar fan i will give you my view on Dilger. He had the 2 good away meetings at Plymouth and Rye. Also had alot of very poor away. Put in a few decent performances at home. Tended to fall and has a real awkward style exiting the bends. My gripe was commitment, missed important meetings, favouring to ride in non FIM meetings on the continent. I personally do not want him back with the Bears in 2013, and as he has already signed a contract to ride in Denmark next year shows that where his main preference is. May i also congratulate the new 4 man consortium. A very useful 5 signing's. Think Proctor will become a master of the tight St.Boniface Arena track. He will struggle to acheive his 9.22 starting average, but will be a genuine number 1 home and away.
  17. Have 4.73 for final rider. Anyone know if Dane Casper Wortman is still riding. On 4.72 would allow us to start with Wilko and Dyer at reserve.
  18. Did not ride in the National League in 2012 so not eligible for the reduction.
  19. You have Kyle Howarth's average wrong. It is 5.47, team total is 42.44.
  20. Think it will be Brady Kurtz, far better long term prospect.
  21. Would love it to be Brady Kurtz, but have a feeling it will be Stefan Nielsen.
  22. Getting Wilko back is a big plus for the club. Because of the rolling averages comes in on 4.66. Surely the club have got to utilise that and would build a team that allows Carl to start at reserve. Surely Jitendra as team manager, gets a say, and he would want Wilko to start at reserve.
  23. Bondarenko rode realy well in the 2nd phase meeting at the STMP on the 22/09/2011. Unbeaten in his last 2 rides. Scores: 1*,2,1,6,2* = 12+2. On 4.83 deffinately worth a shout, and would be able to start with Wilko at reserve, which is a must. Have got to utilise Carl's low starting average. How about this line up, and 6 of last years finnishing team. Ostergaard: 7.83 Summers: 7.76 Doolan: 7.29 Kus: 6.85 Bondarenko: 4.83 Wilkinson: 4.66 Mudgway: 3.28 Total: exactly 42.50.
  24. Wilko confirmed for 2013. Hopefully will start the season at reserve on 4.66.
  25. Go to www.garyhavelock.co.uk There is news on his progression. Also links to the Evening Gazette, which has reports on how Gary is coping. Hope this is of assistance to everyone who like myself wiishes all the best to a true legend in the sport.
