  1. If Robert Branford is along side Edberg as reserves at Shielfield in 2015. Another loan fee to the Redcar Promotion.
  2. My definition of a racer is someone who passes frequently, and are not reliant on there gating skills. Imo Lawson does not fit in that criteria.
  3. Lawson is not a racer. Dam good gater mind.
  4. Steen Jensen joined Berwick last year on his 2005 Isle of Wight average.
  5. Four remaining, Richie Worrall 7.32 Rasmus Jensen 6.14/Steen Jensen 6.24 Matty Tres 5.44 Adam Roynon 4.78 Roynon and Graversen start at reserve.
  6. You are correct in that Robert rode a few meetings in 2010. I actually suggested him whilst at Newcastle for an away meeting. I had been monitoring his scores for Buxton. Was on the Southern tour when he rode at Somerset and Rye House in place of the injured Gary Irving. Correct he did the full season in 2011, and though he struggled mainly due to his poor machinery. Had a higher finishing average than Konopka. 2012, Robert did not complete half a season as you state. He only did 3 home meetings and 2 away. They were all in March. Meetings Robert competed in for Redcar in 2012 are in order of date. March 15th, Home v Newcastle LC 1 (3 RIDES) March 18th Away v Newcastle CH 3 (4 RIDES) March 22nd Home v Edinburgh LC 2 (6 RIDES) The meeting that ended Gary's career. March 29th Home v Workington LC 2 (4 RIDES) March 31st Away v Workington LC 1 (5 RIDES) Robert had already been replaced by Mark Jones. Jones was un-able to ride, so Robert still agreed to Ride after Havvy had dropped him. Mark Jones made his debut at Sheffield on Thursday 5th April. Jones retired and in came another astute Havvy signing Lee Smart. Then came another Havvy cock up, Rajkowski. Finally double change with Doolan and Mudgway.
  7. Rob was dumped after a handful of meetings in 2012. The promotion said they would give him time. Konopka was given almost full season. Ironic, no wonder no one wants to be at the club. Time for the joke of a promotion to go.
  8. 2006/2007/2008 Gary Havelock was a true number 1 at Redcar.
  9. If there still is a Premier League in 2015, and if points limit remains at 42.50. Only Summers and Skidmore are worth considering from this years team, imo. Here is my preferred line up Aaron: 7.78 Kozza Smith:7.15 Hugh: 6.99 Ty Proctor: 6.27 Mathieu Tresarrieu: 5.44 Jack Holder: 5.00 Robert Branford: 3.00 Total: 41.63 Holder is a fantasy I know, but I can live in hope. Both Proctor and Matty Tres are still held in high esteem by a lot of Bears fans. Tres and Branford are club assets.
  10. Dilger was pants during his 2 spells with the Monarchs. No better during his 2 seasons with the Bears. Far better options in the UK. Why do Promoters continue to go with useless foreign options, crazy.
  11. That the Promotion at Redcar have got it horribly wrong with Konopka. Why is he still in the team. Back in 2012 Robert Branford was dropped, after a handful of meetings. Robert was a much better rider than Konopka. Bin Konopka and give young James Sarjeant a go. Season is over so give a young Brit a chance instead of a totally sub-standard Pole.
  12. Totaly agree with you Dave.Did it loads of times. Luckily no one seriously injured through his antics. Glad you noticed it to. I brought it up many times on Bears Talk Forum.
  13. Do not rate Dilger at all. Spent alot of last season out injured. Has an awkward style, and looks un-comfortable on his bike. When Brian Havelock announced his signing for the 2012 season. Stated that the club were getting him as an asset. The begging bowl was out at the fans forum, when he was announced as the final signing for the 2012 team.
  14. How will Mr.Harkess manipulate the averages to get Tabaka into the team before the play-offs.
  15. Why were we allowed R/R for Mark Lemon. The sport is an absolute shambles.
  16. No it doesn't. It is a re-arranged A fixture. Adam Ellis is riding for Ipswich tomorrow and not the Hammers. Lawson should be riding at the STMP, but is turning out for Lakeside. With our clueless Promotion, don't blame him. Kim Nilsson is riding in Sweden, and also misses for the Hammers.
  17. At it again. Insulting long term hardcore supporters. Not for the first time either. I myself have stopped attending at the STMP, because of the attitude of the Promotion towards the paying public. How much longer do the fans at Redcar have to endure this.
  18. The Bandits team must of been to the Paramedic's barby this afternoon
  19. The Promotion at Redcar have had 3 weeks to source a replacement, Go in to tomorrow's meeting with Plymouth with your recently released number 7. Simon Lambert in for Luke Crang who has broken ribs. Totally inept, and if it were not for the help from fans, there would be no media coverage or news from the club.
