Well done to Woffy. Another British World Champion but best British rider ever, Ha Ha! You've no idea, he wouldn't even get in the great Belle Vue team of 1972. Collins & Craven were far better riders.
RIP Ivan, the world's greatest ever rider. I was lucky enough to see him ride in the great Aces team from my first meeting back in 1971 when he rode to a flawless 12 pt maximum at home to Halifax. I was hooked on the sport from then on. A great ambassador for the sport, he will be sadly missed.
Sorry tsc 1 but Had is right with point 2, home teams have to be allowed to prepare tracks how they want it. You can't have an outside person dictating track preparation.
