  1. He will be a GP rider in the next few years and it is just a pity that he is not slightly older as he would be a good challenge for the top GP riders. His time will come and is a future world champion.
  2. The lack of supporters in the stadium will do nothing to raise any interest in the competition and frankly putting this on live t v is an embarrassment. Anyone who is foolish enough to have paid TNT or whoever it is who expects to be paid for that live performance will be well disappointed. The new promotional team who have taken over from WBD have a lot to do to generate a modicum of interest let alone achieve a level of interest that provides a return on the investment.
  3. It seems that no one is interested in this type of meeting anymore. The structure of the meetings/qualifiers probably needs to looked at and just the final put on as a main event not this format. Poland has no interest until the final and all the so called top riders already grace the Polish league so if the final is in Poland for example hold the qualifiers elsewhere where some of the top riders rarely appear. Just a thought.
  4. Well done to both sets of riders for providing an entertaining meeting. On to 2026 for more of the same.
  5. After that Dudek should enter strictly come dancing, he certainly knows how to do balanced moves😀
  6. Good line up and certainly deserves the support of Suffolk folk. Get behind these youngsters and let them know that they are appreciated and are the future. I will be attending this one and it makes up for the missing 16 Lapper end of season finale. Well done Chris and all who are making this happen.
  7. Well done Jan Kvech for winning and Adam Ellis for coming third. Adam seems to be willing to compete in the various European meetings and good luck to him in gaining the broader experience. He has done himself proud.

  9. Anyone interested in seeing the meeting, it is currently being streamed on Ucoz.lv
  10. I guess the money involved in this league demands a much higher level of professionalism and it shows in the riders attitude to racing as well as the competitiveness which ultimately gives that edge to the presentation and the way it comes across on t v all of which goes over the heads of those who run the u k version of the sport. Stadia packed, high profile t v and websites that give you the most up to date and best info about the sport.
  11. If only this was shown on u k television. It would show what a spectacle it is and it might give impetus to those in charge to make more effort. Alas the sport cannot compete on so many levels but the opportunity exists if they have a mind to.
  12. If only the funds were available to have an international individual meet here in the UK (not a GP) with the likes of Dudek, Bartosz and other top European riders as opposed to top country representatives race a series for a European/cross border championships. It would take a lot of cash/sponsorship but it would probably reinvigorate interest this side of the channel/North Sea.
  13. I know but the curse of saying it seemed to work. At least that is what I am believing for now. Great race.
  14. Yep. Should keep a low profile. Great ride last to first. Hope he can perform for Ipswich in the same way. Well done Emil.
  15. Yes a good meeting but in the last heat it seemed that the rider in red was trying to use a bit more of the inner track than he should have but did not detract from a good nights racing.
  16. Anyone have any details regarding u k company Mayfield Sports Ltd becoming FIM global promoter for the next six seasons. Will it make a difference or is this WBD bailing out and just transmitting meetings.
  17. Yes a chance to make up for an opportunity missed but history has a habit of repeating itself and with the current crop of club owners/promoters it is difficult to believe that could learn from the past or make bold decisions to take the sport forward given that the current business model does not work. It is doubtful but I guess all on the forum would be happy to be proved wrong and a new dynamic is introduced in 2026.
