Exactly - I used to have a Season Ticket a few years ago - provided I attended EVERY Meeting I was in to pocket. However, taking out Holidays, Family Events etc. it was not worth it.

Tony - would it not be possible to put a Facsimile Copy of the Speedway Mail out with the BackTrack Magazine itself. I, for one, would be prepared to pay a bit extra for that. Maybe it isn't possible, or maybe it would be too expensive to do on a Bi Monthly basis. It WOULD be great to read them again though. Hope you don't mind me asking though.

It hasn't. I have written to my Daily Paper (the 'i') a couple of times requesting thay they put Speedway in the Results Section. No joy at the moment I'm afraid.

I liked Gareth Rogers at Redcar when he was doing the presenting there. I also quite like the new guy at Newcastle - at least he does try to inject some enthusiasm in to the proceedings. I'm still waiting for a 'Give us a 'D', Give us an 'I''. Then again perhaps I am too old fashioned. 'Uncle' Len Silver was GREAT at Sunderland back in the Seventies.
