If you don't like it - then buzz off to one of the other so called Elite League Tracks then. Peterborough have been rescued, it was GOING TO CLOSE!! (or don't you understand that). MOST people would be grateful that it had been rescued - but - all you can do is whinge and whine because it has not been rescued in to the League YOU wanted. Well this is the real world and IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT - LUMP IT!! I think you are very ungrateful to the good folk who have put their money and heart in to resurrecting what was a DYING Track. Actually - I agree with this - by the Seventies definitely. They are ridiculously fast now hence all the injuries we seem to get. There WERE injuries in the Sixties and Seventies too but - certainly NOT as many.

Agreed again - but crucially - Elite League DEBT is far greater than that of those in the Premier League. THAT is a FACT. Debt ridden and a devalued Product. Enjoy watching your NATIONAL League Riders next Season in the 'busted flush' that is the Elite League. Meanwhile, I will happily watch some of them in the Premier League.

Yes - but only to a point. Not ALL Clubs could afford to pay for ALL of the Riders required. THAT is my argument.

I don't normally respond to remarks like this but in this case I will make an exception. The only point I will make is that the 'good ideas' I have railed about on here ie: Double Points, Joker, GP System, National League Riders in the Elite League Play Offs no Yellow/Black Helmet Cover any more (difficult to distinguish between Yellow Cover and White Cover under lights). The Green Helmet Cover which was dropped. I would question whether ANY of these were 'good ideas' and in the INTERESTS of Speedway. IF they are 'Good ideas' - then why are people not flooding back to watch this wonderful new version of Speedway? Wait - I know (though some will pooh pooh it on here). Too many stupid bl**dy Rules and not enough PROMOTION!!! :mad: I hope this helps Lucifer Sam.
