  1. More important!!!! For these are folk new to Speedway - they need encouragement to keep them coming to watch and chat about our Sport. A new Section like that would be great to educate our newer Supporters to Speedway. Some of us 'older' Supporters may gain from it too. None of us know it all. Apart from one or two.
  2. I'm not sure if I am too late with this Post - but - I do hope something can be done to keep the 'Brummies' going. I just wish you had stayed in the Premier League.........................................................
  3. You ARE joking of course. No there hasn't - not from Lindgren anyway and THAT is a FACT. I said in an earlier Post that Lindgren in his form on Sunday is a BRILLIANT Rider - is that praise or not? I doubt I could be more fulsome in my praise than that - do you? I also said he didn't perform like that often enough - am I right or am I wrong? However - I have also said that he isn't a Team Rider - and he isn't. That is all I am saying. Opinions can also be devalued by those wearing rose coloured spectacles.
  4. There are times when I think you've got it in for me.
  5. Good to hear. Looks like a decent Rider. Certainly the best Rider Scunthorpe had on display. What on earth has happened to Nikolai Klindt? He was really dreadful for a Number One.
  6. A lot of people say that. I can't think why?
  7. No I'm afraid I couldn't - however I find it hard to believe that we at Newcastle/Sunderland are unique in this.
  8. If it hadn't been for George - you probably wouldn't have your Lindgren to support. :)
  9. But your Post said - and I quote - "I am in negotiations with a third party to try and ensure the continuation of Birmingham Speedway." I apologise if I got that wrong - but you can understand why.
  10. Myself and my friends go to Newcastle Speedway from SUNDERLAND. There is no greater Football rivalry than that. We are usually greeted with good natured banter and good humour and we enjoy ourselves. I still support Sunderland Football Club (from the armchair).
  11. I thought the Track was OK. A bit heavy maybe because of the Weather which slowed the times a bit. Ruffdiamond. Robbo Team Rides - he is always looking out for his Partner. That is why the Robson/Kerr Partnership is the best one we have.
  12. I obviously could not know that. I wish you every success in your negotiations obviously. The VERY BEST OF LUCK to you.
  13. Q1, Seventies Q2, 69 - I don't deal in decades now. I might not be around next year - so - you have my age.
  14. Being as you both asked. Lindgren bust a gut to get past King in order to win a Race nearly fencing himself on the third bend in one race. He could just as easily settled for second. What if he had fenced himself? What good would that have done the Team in future Meetings had he been injured? Exactly the same with young Fox - he just couldn't let him win to help his confidence. Lindgren in this form is a truly brilliant Rider on occasions but he does not do it often enough, and I do not like seeing him doing everything he can to pass his own Team Mates. You might not like it but he is certainly NOT a Team man and tonight certainly proved my point. So please don't tell me he is a Team Rider - he plainly isn't.
  15. Even less of a miss in 2015. At least Peterborough still have Speedway. After what I heard tonight at Newcastle perhaps I should refer you to Birmingham.
  16. They shouldn't have been the FIM's to sell.
  17. Honestly, as far as I understand BSI allegedly get all the Monies. That is what I was led to believe. Unless, of course, someone knows better than me.
