  1. Perhaps he is waking up and smelling the Coffee. About time somebody did.
  2. I can't wait.................................
  3. I totally endorse these Posts. WELL SAID!!!
  4. I think you know my answer to that ppm. Cue ruffdiamond to give me a rollicking. Only kidding ruffdiamond.
  5. I still honestly believe that Speedway as a spectacle was better back in the Seventies. It is all about opinions - and that is mine.
  6. I was about to Quote you The Pedler........................... Woops - then you edited your Post. What about virtual Speedway?
  7. I sincerely hope you are right sidney. Suffice to say that you have more faith in him than I do.
  8. Agreed - but - how long were the Promotion going to allow things to drift without informing the most important people - the PAYING SUPPORTERS? It is indicative of why Speedway is on the slide. I have great sympathy with the view of Halifaxtiger.
  9. It occurs to me that those two words don't really belong together. Just an opinion though.
  10. Thank you for Posting that gustix - most interesting. I never realised that he was a World Team Cup Winner.
  11. I used to play. You are right - it is very skillful - BUT crucially - Darts is a Pub Game NOT a Sport. Along with the Darts goes the BEER. Hardly sporting that, I mean, look at the size of some of the contestants. Just because it is shown on Sports Channels does NOT make it a Sport. Never that!!
  12. Well said. I'm still waiting for Sunderland FORTY years on.
  13. Did you know Peter Wrathall (Brafield) gustix? He was, and still is I believe the Brafield Track Record Holder. He rode for Sunderland in the Seventies.
