  1. You need to go to Berwick and try their PIES!!! Awsome!!! :approve:
  2. A lot on here will disagree with you. I believe that you are 100% right.
  3. I agree with you. I also believe that something like that Report is needed. I also believe that an Independent body should be in charge of Speedway. I can't see either happening though.
  4. Sunderland's Boldon Stadium was good. A good and fair Track too. The Stadium is even better now - very palatial. Only one problem - there isn't any Speedway.
  5. I believe a lot of Riders are punished harshly by being excluded for 'jumping' at the Start. If someone gets away quickly by using their reflexes then it should be allowed. Rolling at the Start, however, should be penalised. You may well have a point about bunching too.
  6. Gutted to hear this News. I am still keeping my fingers crossed that something can be sorted out for you 'Brummies' Supporters. Best Wishes.
  7. Perhaps - when you get the chance - Vote us out Star Lady. I will. I won't be visiting you any time soon.
  8. The operative word there is 'ruled'. Now it's just a free for all among the Promoters, or at least, that's how it seems to me. Such is progress.
  9. I was fourteen - but a long way from New Cross gustix.
  10. The way forward is to make the Premier League Regulations state that all Premier League Teams must have TWO British Reserves in their Teams. I quite agree. If we want BRITISH Speedway to improve - then that is the only way to go.
  11. Yes!!! You forgot Berwick Pies. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. :approve:
  12. And I can recall 'Gentleman' George Barclay riding around the Boldon Track at Sunderland Speedway, wearing a Top Hat and carrying a real size cardboard cut out of the F.A, Cup in 1973.
  13. So what would you do if you were innocent in his situation? Would you give some sort of grovelling apology - because if you did - you would be very stupid. To offer an apology if you were innocent would be tantamount to admitting Guilt. Or - can't you see that? I don't know whether he is Guilty or not - Courts have got things wrong before. The 'Birmingham Six' spring to mind.
  14. Possibly because she is told what to say by the Director.
