So I take it you are saying he should not be Banned. You are entitled to your view, I would only say in response to your 'suspended sentence' that had he ridden - he could have severely hurt or killed someone. I honestly believe that a Ban is inevitable. If there is no Ban then there is no Justice. Sorry - I know that you won't like that, but sadly, it is true.
