They don't at Newcastle - I did it last year and I know the person who is doing it this year. They definitely ask Supporters. Credit to them for that.

As long as there are no injuries to either Team I will be happy. I will be even happier if the 'Diamonds' can pull off a win. Newcastle to win the Speedway and Sunderland to win the Football. Sounds very fair to me.

I couldn't agree more. Best car wins and he Racing is generally boring. I have really tried to enjoy watching it but have, on occasions, ended up asleep. Not my bag I'm afraid - but - each to his own.

My point is that there seems to be more injuries than there ever used to be in the 'old days' so early in the Season. Hence my claim that current day Bikes and Tracks are not ideally suited to each other. There were injuries back in the Seventies - yes - but not so many and not so early.

What caused Porsing's original knee injury? Did he fall down the stairs? .................................................... and your point is?
