I was talking about the Averages. Very few, if any appear to understand, with any degree of accuracy, how they work. You only have to look at this Thread to see that. I assume they are part of the Rules and Regulations too.

Somebody really needs to sort out the Rules and Regulations of Speedway pretty damned quick. What an unprofessional and incompetent lot those who are responsible appear to be.

As I have stated previously - this situation has arisen directly because of the GPs. I may watch them - but they have sounded the death knell for British Speedway. Many won't agree, but I believe that the damage done to British Speedway could be irreparable in the long term. I sincerely hope that I am wrong.

That's a fair question in regards to Workington. Quite a statement to make, unless you are absolutely certain of what you are saying.

I enjoyed the Meeting last night. I thought the 'Diamonds did very well indeed. I just wish we could get 'Robbo' back. Another good Home Meeting from Lindgren. I also think Lambert did well for us.

Thought the Crowds looked decent so far.

The different leathers added a certain colour to proceedings. Heaven forbid we try to brighten things up a bit.

Reading Reports - I don't think he passed anyone except possibly, but only possibly the Starting Marshal. .

Could well be a tough Meeting. Doolan and Jakobsen go well around Brough.

I am firmly on the Race Jacket side of the argument. It is far, far easier to pick out your own Team's logo on a Race Jacket, whereas the Team Suits are very anonymous and frequently you cannot make out the Logo because of Sponsors names and their logos. I have always felt that way. That is half the problem with Speedway. The Authorities are always fannying about with changing things that aren't important and ignoring things that are.

Things do seem a bit flat this Season. I've been on a diet.

I know Sidney. You saw some wrecks of Bikes in those days. But they worked, that is always what amazed me.
