  1. I should bloody well hope so. Otherwise - what's the point of us turning up? The accident in the original staging was not Kerr's fault, had it been so I could possibly, only possibly, see a case for saying no. However given that Lewis was not the cause of the accident then I would have thought that use of a Guest would be a given.
  2. ................ and THAT just about encapsulates a lot that is wrong with Speedway these days.
  3. Not that close to residences actually. That is one of the plus points. It won't happen though, up to about four years ago I don't think the Stadium were that interested. Minds (and personnel) may have changed though. I don't think that the good folk of Newcastle and Redcar have anything to worry about despite Sunderland being the biggest conurbation in the North East.
  4. Agreed. For commercial reasons...........................
  5. Crucially though - they won't sell it for development. Superb Stadium with, admittedly, limited viewing from the Terraces - would still be possible though. The only question would be, does the Boldon Stadium want Speedway? Up until now the indications have been less than positive I have to say. Things may have changed though, over the last few years. WHO?
  6. You are joking. I hope and expect that it is all over by then.
  7. To paraphrase Kevin Keegan. "I would love it if Plymouth could win the "Play Offs'. Edinburgh still Champions in my book - but Plymouth would be 'Play Off' Champions - a big honour in itself..
  8. No Ernie - you will be made most welcome. Cheeky bugger.
  9. That's part of the reason I am not keen on the GP System as it is at present. You also have to add in to the equation who BSI would like of course.
  10. Hate the 'Play Offs' but we seem to be stuck with them. Edinburgh who topped the League deserve to win it and I hope they do. Failing that let's all root for the mighty Plymouth 'Devils'.
  11. Would the Stadium and the Local Residents be OK with that I wonder.
  12. More likely the Boldon Track just outside of Sunderland.
  13. I'm glad about that. Thank you. The GPs are not my strongpoint - I watch them, that is all. I don't follow them in any way at all.
