Yes - wouldn't it be good if the Rules and Regulations were the same every year. It would be far better for the Sport if they stopped fiddling with Rules and Regulations every year to suit this or that Promoter. People are not totally gullible - if they see things don't seem right- they walk away. Far too many people have already done that.

What about Stadia availability? At certain Stadia you can only Race on a particular Night. That is decided by the 'Landlord' - there is not much a Promoter can do about that. Either accept the Night or close. What happens then? I would not be for closing Tracks.

Hard to argue with that SP. But sometimes Tracks size and shape are dictated by the Dog Track surrounding it. You can only do your best with what you have to work with.

It would be good if it could happen - but it won't. I would imagine, as you say, Costs could be a big issue.

It's thinking like that that does the Sport no good. You alienate your current Support and hardly encourage new. I am not resistant to sensible change, however, change for change's sake is not the way to go - and yet they do it every Season.
