Pardon - I don't understand? I'll take a guess. Yes - I was happy when the White Helmet Cover was reinstated. Only problem was that under lights you could not distinguish between Yellow and White. Back to Yellow/Black now. Believe it or not - I am happy with that too. It should never have been changed in the first place. I know it is only a small thing, and in the great scheme of things means very little - but yes - I do approve. EDIT: The word is Colour not Color unless you are American - are you?

What an historic time for Belle Vue Speedway. The new Stadium looks superb. I hope the Track is somewhere near as good as Hyde Road..

I have never argued that the 'Play Offs' don't make money. I have never said that they aren't successful. As regards resurrecting Speedway from the Ashes though - they are singularly unsuccessful as is evidenced by ever decreasing Gates - apart from said 'Play Offs'. My argument has always been that they are not right or fair. I stick to that. If you look over all of my Posts regarding the 'Play Offs' I have consistently said that they are all about MONEY. So - as you can see - I don't want it both ways. So - you see BW - once again you are wrong. I don't expect you to admit it though. You never do!!

Well the advent of 'Play Offs', 'Double Points' et al has certainly been a startling success at NOT bringing people back to Speedway. Unless the 'Play Off' Gate money is shared out around the Track, which I don't believe it is, then they don't exactly benefit the whole Sport do they? Just those Clubs who are in said Play Offs. I basically agree with this. It's the money - not the Sport that matters. And yet you keep telling us that it is only the 'old fogies' who go to Speedway these days. You can't have it both ways. :nono:

Try the word credibilty. I believe that part of the reason people have packed up attending is that the Sport has lost it's credibility. To be credible the League Champions need to be just that. You can have any other Competition you like at the end of the Season - but crucially - not the League Championship - as that has already been won..... I know that I will never convince you - I also know that you will never convince me either, therefore - we must agree to differ.

Only for the Clubs that make the Play Offs - as far as I am aware they don't share the Play Off money out. Or perhaps I am wrong, at least about that. I am sure that BW and his sidekick 'Penfold' will be happy to put me right.

Well, I for one, am delighted that Matej has signed. Plenty of ambition with the Belle Vue Promotion which is great to see. Up the 'Aces'.

I'm not talking about Fourth or Fifth placed Teames for Pete's sake - I am talking about the true League Champions - if you are too dim to see that - then it is not my fault. I don't give a damn about the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth or any other position - only the right and proper League Champions who have won the League over a Season. As for Fairyland - there are a lot who agree with me about the Play Offs and I'd rather be in Fairyland than Cloud Cuckoo Land like yourself. There is no logic in having to win the League TWICE in one Season either.

I don't go because of 'Double Points' - so some Supporters may not attend because of the 'Play Offs' - they aren't fair on the Team that has already won the League once - and then have to win it again. The Football Premier League doesn't have Play Offs - I wonder why? I totally agree with your final sentence. Only your final sentence.
