Many thanks Richard. I'd been given the Speedway Star results so had the correct result for that race, but I might just take you up on that generous offer in the future. Thanks again.
I did see that, but I'm not sure if Scunthorpe took their results from the Edinburgh website. It's just the Chatzone makes errors so infrequently, whereas I've seen a few on Edinburgh Monarchs. It's also more likely you'd not notice a reserve change than see one that didn't happen, if that makes sense? But thank you. Looks like, in the absence of anything concrete, I'll have to go with that.
Could someone who was at this meeting post the result of heat 12 of the Scunthorpe meeting from a programme or Speedway Star please? The Edinburgh websites disagree about which reserve was in for the Scorpions.
How was Gafurov allowed to replace Jamrog in heat 7 of yesterday's final, please? It can't have been a tactical ride as Landshut were only 2 points behind.
Always go for the mad riders, me, so of course, I liked Bridger. But he didn't really fulfil his potential, and a few mis-judged interviews put me off. This brings a whole new slant on things, and I have a new-found respect for him, for his loyalty, and also for the Dugards (and as an ex-Hackney and Canterbury fan that doesn't come easy!) for sticking with him. I hope both can find a resolution, and we'll see him riding again next year.
Dave Mullett, for being the first rider I ever really took notice of, and when you're four, and busy playing with the hinges on the seats at Canterbury, it takes a lot to distract you, mark my words. And Andy Galvin, who is, was, and always will be, the reason I stick with it.
Domestic, but that's where the impetus needs to come from for the GPs. We're never going to have anyone who can compete in them unless we get our act together collectively.
