I have heard on the dodgy grapevine, that there is plans for an SGP round in the US. April next year. Hope its true.

My ticket was brought through Seetickets. I had to sign for mine!

I agree. Its a shame. With lots of digging, I have managed to book 2 nights for £155.. Happy with that..

I am in the process of having a new system put in, where I can watch all the sports I want, (in foreign). All for £125.. I will watch live GP speedway this year!

What channel on sattelite, show speedway in Poland, Sweden, Denmark ect? I am sure buying a euorpean dish, box receiver that covers freesat ect for English channels ect is available. I know you can get free F1 on the german channels.

I agree with this. But, with the big stars of speedway giving the UK a miss, we are left with a lot of second rate speedway on TV. Its a no win situation. The amount of meeting i switched over from last year because of boredom was very high. Thats why I think a mixture of G.p's and League speedway is a must.

May be worth investing in a European sattelite system, to watch GP's, F1, Football ect. For about £200 installed you can have 1000's of channels, most of which are free (including F1 in german), Adult channels,(if that takes your fancy)! I am looking into having a system set up.

TORUN. Fantastic city. Cheap prices. An excellent speedway track.

I agree. I only attend SGP meetings now. Seem to be more value for money.

I think I heard, that Torun was 16,780 for the final GP. Maybe wrong though.

I apologise if this topic is posted elsewhere. I am hearing the rumours, that Sky, will not be showing GP speedway next year. Is this true? Will they be cutting all speedway? Is any other TV station going to fill the gap?

Not sure what was the correct decision, BUT... Being in the crowd at Torun, If Holder was excluded, there would of been a riot. The police had arrested 2 or 3 from the crowd, just prior to the incident. It was an atmosphere ready to go bang..... Bloody good atmosphere tho.
