How we wished we had world class riders like them now

I just cannot take to the name team gb, surely if it went back to england it would create better interest from the public and the media. I would like to see both scotland and the welsh bring a team together but it wont happen, even the english struggle to put out a half decent team because we dont have world class riders anymore thanks to the promotors of this country investing in overseas riders for the last 30+ years.

I agree also I have no idea why my sensible post was removed, i spend alot of money on going to speedway and my views were as i and several others see it. if the promotors showed as much interest in up and coming brits as they do crap overseas riders then we may have someone to cheer a in the future to success

Just got home, crowd seemed down in attendance from last year, entertainment was awful, the royal navy, what was that about, so boring, miss frank and ruth lorenko howling, the welsh guy ok for the mens working clubs, then the racing, first number of heats it was won out of gate two then gate one took its turn, track was poor, too slick for proper racing.couldnt hear the tannoy on the 2nd bend up hihh' Brits were a joke, if thats the best we have then whats the point in going to kings lynn in 2 weeks, the promotors are to blame, they get in too many weak foriegners and not give up and coming brits a go.Glad holder won, shame about gollob. To me cardiff has worn out, been there done that,dont think i will bother next year.

my friend has just bought a proper pair of ear defenders for his child and wife who demanded a pair aswel. I agree i think on kids those foam ones could be dangerous. Should kids under 14 be allowed to use airhorns ? I say No how many kids under 10 will have airhorns at cardiff, i bet a fair few.

phoned up, what was said is that a 2 year old is Free if they sit on the parents lap, as to the noise, my mate already said he will have little ones ears covered with head phones attached to ipod with kiddie tunes on.

Hi, I have nearly talked friends into going to cardiff but they have said not if they have to pay for there little one who has just turned 2 year old, I said i will find out. Does anyone know if under 3 year olds are free ? thanks
