Apart from the fact that you shouldn't rely on 1 rider to win a meeting. If the paramedics are over ruled there would be anarchy. Unsafe riders all over the place. A rider running on adrenaline is not best placed to decide whether they are fit to ride or not. If Ellis had a shouldet problem he may not have been able to hold the bike in the turns and caused more crashes. 1 thing that appears to me is that Morley and Ellis are on competition with each other which is no good for team ethos. Vatcher has no belief in his riders. I've heard him interviewed twice now and that is the very piblic indication he gave in both. How can yiu motivate your riders when you publically state you don't believe in them all the time.

He was also taken out of his 4th in the Leicester meeting 'for the good of the team' and this was announced over the PA. That's what i'm talking about but maybe he will learn more than he will lose.
