And you can't be blamed for that. You must find yourself in an impossible situation and badly let down. Maybe you could attend when some of the better teams are in town.

I felt the same way about joining the EL I just didn't feel like EL would offer md what the PL did but then I went to a couple and found they were just riders in Lions race jackets on and I have embraced it. I do miss the likes of Magnus and Nemo but maybe the draft has made it more of a draw to me, I don't know, but I am enjoying it and have found myself going to more away meetings aswell bbutif you've tried it and it does nothing fir you then you can't be blamed. Can I ask what it is that puts you off? because NL does nothing for me is a bit broad

You take it for granted at your peril. Some Lions fans don't have the best relation with the management, for what ever reason but they'll to support the Lions riders not the management. After all 28 years of hoping and dreaming focuses the mind. I will stick my neck out and say from a rider point of view the Stoke management is good and motivated riders win meetings if they have the ability ........simple. Although I am limitrd on experience of other teams but that's why I can't understand why last year went so wrong for Stoke they had good riders but maybe injuries and mechanical gremlins can't help well run or not. Anyway, I suppose though supporters want a club that's run for them. As a Lions fan I just want a club that runs.

Mike, the weather forecast for tomorrow at Leicester is very good with not a hint of rain(touch wood). I shall be there to watch a few hours of action packed racing from all age groups. It may not be publicised very much on here or elsewhere but it is on the Lions website and David Hemsley and Alan Jones were plugging it heavily on Radio Leicester this week so they deserve a pat on the back, and of course they hosteda Youth Training day recently. Martin PS Forgot to log Tina out!! Boy will I be in trouble later.

Someone is on a wind up. !!! Either that or they are going to look like a pair of roosters But we'll see

Isn't it customary on here to just fill in the gaps yourself if there are any?
-
Well on that one we will have to wait and see, I suppose. He would have been better at BV
-
His fate was sealed the moment he was picked

I don't think going EL was as much to do with ego more to do with showing the council, who you have to bow and scrape to, some progression in order to secure it's future. That is one thing Leicester has on it's side a promoter who knows planning law back to front and how to beat it. Yours sincerely Rose tinted

He was in the country at the time for the testomonial staying with the Atwoods
-
Nemo is attending to family matters as he has a new baby and always said he wouldn't be riding kn the UK this year apart from a testimonial in Workington
-
We had start girls the 1st season. If you have any mates that were there then they can fill you in. we had 4 bearded drag queens at Kake's testimonial. I'm not sure that's got much future eithet
-
Don't start that one up again. !!!!
-
I liked him at 1 of the testimonials think it was MK's
-
I'm glad you said that. I thought I'd imagined it.

What's the point in signing someone for a month?

Best hope he's fit then !!! Maybd he's resting to be fit Monday -
What's even more strange is that it fit him. So are we now looking for riders that fot into the existing race suit? rather than ability ?
-
Are you sure it's not for Williamson? Who's at Peterboro
-
He hasn't gone yet. you never know he may decide he likes it and stay or shock horror the rumours may have no foundation
-
The rumours doing the rounds at BP sadly indicate. It's not that cut and dried but I always like to wait for official word
-
It's at times like this that I wished we'd had MK again this year he was a Lion through and through but sadly a new era required new riders.....

If needed the ambulance goes onto the track ie in the Roynon case amd I imagine suspected back injuries but if it is a case ie Mon at Kent the car goes out almost like a triage if you will.I was at Workington when Ingalls had his smash and the way forward then was to leave him on the track till the county ambulance arrived as they concluded it would be better just to move him the once.
-
Surely in terms of on track medical assistance all that's needed is a 4x4 or something to collect the injured rider like they do at Coventry.
