Courtesy of http://leicesterlions.co/leicester-v-swindon-preview-2/ Leicester v Swindon Preview Its another mouth-watering fixture at the Jordan Road Surfacing Stadium on Saturday as Leicester race against the Swindon Robins. The visitors are chasing a place in the semi-finals of the Elite League play-offs and need to keep winning as there are three other clubs all with an equal chance. The Rapid Solicitors Lions have run into winning form and have not been beaten at home since June, coincidently against Swindon and Norries boys will not want to lose for a second time against them.Jason Doyle is due back into the side following a dislocated shoulder and Danny King a Team GB World Cup rider has been named to replace the injured Krzysztof Buczkowski. Swindon are led by Troy Batchelor, the captain of the visitors and a Grand Prix rider. Batchelor forms a potent spearhead with Peter Kildemand who was runner-up in the Danish Individual Championship Final last month and is second on the leader-board in the European Championship. With Nick Morris and Dakota North, two Leicester track specialists in their midst, Saturdays fixture is adding up to be another intriguing contest in the making.TeamsLeicester: 1. Jason Doyle, 2. Danny King, 3. Mads Korneliussen, 4. Nicolai Klindt, 5. Simon Stead, 6. Josh yBates and 7. Max CleggSwindon: 1. Peter Kildemand, 2. Nick Morris, 3. Simon Gustafsson, 4. Dakota North, 5. Troy Batchelor, 6. Guest for Steven Worrall tbc and 7. Nathan Greaves It's always entertaining when the Rosco Babes are in town. If anything for the post match interview and good to see 6 Lions in the side but for the injured Buzz

Yes well if my Auntie had have been a man she'd have been my Uncle...Still took solace in the fact we whipped them back at BP
-
I still say if we'd have had Doyle we would have won at Brandon...sorry
-
No one disputes that but I don't see how having Kyle Newman made you weaker
-
Fair play
-
Ummmm Did you have to go away and think about that one
-
I don't think the problem will arise next year as riders pulled out by the dozens this year but once they had seen it in operation suddenly appeared on there guesting or whatever. I think now it is in operation riders will be more tempted to participate and riders like Clegg and Bates will be the top riders. and the 1 - 10 will have to go to main team places. If they are and we have them next year will we be moaning. I don't think so.
-
Shall we discuss Kyle Newman now or leave that for another time?
-
It certainly could have been a 50/50 if we'd have had Doyle at No.1 at Brandon. He is in the form of his life. Tbf i've been to Brandon 4 times this season once for the Bee v Lions and 3 times for the Storm and your track has been dire prep wise. Riders were lucky to complete 4 laps let alone race on it

If it is people like Gemini or Speedibee then they just hate the fact that Lions hate the Bees.......and fair play to them. I hate the fact that Bees hate Lions
-
Which fans Lions or Bees?
-
If you'd said that if Cov had won I may have taken you more seriously

Gloating is such an unattractive look One would assume that with all this high quality development help and advice they are getting they would have to improve at some point? or what's the point? Bearing in mind I haven't criticised the team and politics aside well done to the Stags who have obviously worked hard to get to where they are ......If they hadn't have ran Stoke close as the last fixture on the Scunthorpe track then i'd say the project had been a failure. Glad to see that isn't the case and glad that Stoke were able to play their part in proving that

Bit of an odd statement......so riders are not supposed to aspire. That is the whole problem with this country and that is why it never gets anywhere on the world stage. Yes Woffenden is British but with Aussie grit and will to win. Don't you think Coles went home giving a little whistle having beaten Clegg on his own manor. Get real. I for one think Cradley will be a massive loss to NL -
If that is the gate leading to the pits area it used to be left open but they were told to close it not sure who by I believe but you are right the emergency exit signs should be removed. Talking of H&S.Can you get an ambulance onto the Kent track yet?
-
Wooosh says the Kent supporter. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones ? Benji Compton? Its the best I've seen the him ride the track this season
-
Ummm me thinks there could be a hint of wishful thinking there?
-
Well at least Stoke won
-
I'm not one for rules....Should Chessell have ridden at 1 for Morley with no. 2 being R/R? Maybe that is why Compton and Chessell didn't do a RR
-
Kent riders weren't keen at all to ride. Fair play to thr last man standing in ht 15 Ayres. He looks keen to learn and I felt for him when he was following Lambert with Atkin behind and came down last bend. He looked so dejected. Compton much improved from previous visits. I think Chessell prefers a slicker track although looked impressive in the tactical. Stoke did have the rub of the green with Chessell packing up while leading and Compton and Ayres had passed Shuttleworth 14 and were on a 1-5 but Payne got the better gate in the re run. Maybe Compton and Chessell had issues with RR
-
He didn't but Ford clearly thinks he did. If he did say that it shows what contempt he holds for these lads.
