Just to correct your comprehensive list. The Long Eaton invaders didn’t close during the 1997 season. All the fixtures were fulfilled and planning had started to run in 1998.

After all and although it’s amazing what they are doing up there this is the MDL TM knowing full well that my son was didn’t qualify for the league said to him, at KL ‘you ride, as although your points won’t count, they won’t get them either and we’ll win”

I’ve just listened to RB’s drivel (I know he won’t mind me calling it that as he told me so on the interview) and I endured it to see if he mentioned the NL ! Thanks to Rambo who asked him he mentioned it once, briefly. To save anyone the trouble he thinks they’ve got The NDL 2026 just about right

Yes ! That was my thought to. They should do a 2025 Development report /review of what each club did to meet their obligations

I’m reliably informed meetings used to be run a lot quicker smoother etc. there weren’t all the stoppages

It’s not just a case of track time. In this country the sport is a team sport and team craft is just as important as track craft. 2nd halves have increasingly become a problem because you could turn up at a track and the 2nd half gets cancelled time off work, get the bikes ready travelling to find the 2nd half is treated with complete contempt like the poor relation.

I’m sure someone on here knows or knows someone who knows. why was the NL made into what seems to be a closed shop, or could be in danger of becoming one, of NDL and then a new league was set up for everyone else NDT ! why not NDL Sth NDL Nth ?
