  1. I wouldn't normally comment but that shot of the Heat Girl just then was nothing short of disgraceful, in fact I've taken a still of it and will give thought as to how to proceed with my complaint. Another great ride from Ward in 19, going to be a great 2nd half to the GP season, hope they all stay fit and healthy.
  2. Me too now, I'm a placid sort of bloke but I would shove his microphone down his throat if I could right now, . I'm assuming his bosses told him to liven up following his previous disjointed ill-informed delivery, he's just speeded up the same drivel. Last chance saloon I reckon, can't see them sticking with him.
  3. Great to see Ward back, it's been a decent GP season so far anyway but he does give it that extra edge when he's in the mood, all over Holder there, fearless ride.
  4. Free, innovative scorecards if you don't mind. Ps, they are good, I use them all the time and appreciate them very much.
  5. Apart from everything else, that link fella must have dropped speed, still same voice but completely manic, brilliant.
  6. Maybe Ole believes that if you say it often enough it will become true, he's been raving about his track for years now but it's not often you hear others praising it.
  7. Absolutely brilliant spot. Top tickets, top hotel, Casino, crazy gang, yeah righto..
  8. Glad you enjoyed it, also glad Lisa enjoyed it, I mean the other week she flounced off into the garden with the Pimms when it was crunch time, you were the one who had to sit it out until the tennis finished, I hope she thanked you for calling her in when it started
  9. He's got one of those instantly annoying but easily forgettable voices, I can't decide if he's the same wilbur that was with Scott Nicho;;s presenting the pairs event the other week. Either way he's completley useless, sack him off and just show the start girls between heats, sorted.
  10. Where's the paddock? What's a moderbike? Let's have it right though, we'd be lost without the pair of them, they belong together, I'm prepared to forgive their little faults if that's the price of seeing regular speedway. Hope we get another great gp tonight, been a good season so far.
  11. Always thought him a really interesting character when he was racing, did I imagine it or was he also a female impersonator? I wonder if any country where speedway is broadcast has any universally popular commentary personel, I know it's impossible to please absolutely everyone but our lot seem to create so much displeasure whether it be the shoutys or tonights pair. Scott Nicholls received high praise for his part in the Cardiff show, just shows how diverse the roles are, he did ok tonight but he couldn't be expected to carry the other fella, don't know his name but he seems like someone who knew nothing about speedway until about 6mths ago, could be wrong but that's how he came across to me. Maybe we all see Dave Lanning through rose tinted glasses and he wasn't that good himself, I liked him though.
  12. I hope they show Laguta's helmet cam from that first lap, not normally a fan of helmet cam footgae but that would be interesting.
  13. Calm down fella, no need to shout. Oh and cheers for the updates Paul, luckily you kept us well in the loop til the coverage started
  14. No worries mate, you provide plenty in terms of racecards etc, thanks for this evening's by the way, although it's printed in portrait for some reason, so rather small, it's much appreciated.
  15. Not being funny Paul but they may well show it from the start when it eventually comes on, could do without the results thanks
  16. Surely if the British authorities had wanted to take part then tonight's domestic meeting would have been rescheduled and every effort would have been made to ensure we had decent representation in Poland, truth is we have muppets running our speedway, muppets who can't see beyond their own selfish ends. I never thought I would see a meeting like this go ahead with out a British interest in it, so glad I got to see the likes of PC, Louis, Simmons, Morton, Wilson et al flying our flag when it mattered, doubtful that we will ever be a force in the sport again. On the plus side I'm looking forward to a decent live meeting this evening. Edit, or maybe not!!!
  17. Any chance of a pm re the stream please r+r
  18. Ok well call me old school or whatever but any rider that dropped a bike to avoid an opponent who was about to come to grief should be applauded and should not be excluded. From your post I take it you would rather they just keep going and cause even more injury, great stuff. Vaculik had a box seat view of what was about to happen, all in a split second he could see that Tai was going to take Pedersen out and took the necessary action, well done I say.
  19. But I wasn't trying to take it to that degree, I'm not arguing in Tai's defence on this one, just Martin Vaculiks, he showed great skills to lay it down and avoid a certain collision with Tai & possibly Pedersen. As for Tai, the whole thing was started by Freddie giving him a nudge, on another night, in another race it would probably not have led to the same outcome, Tai would have ridden through it, maybe lost a place end of. As it happened he was forced across into Pedersen, someone has to go, it had to be Freddie imo.
