  1. There is a big section on british citizenship & a section for applying for it if under 18, theres a lot more criteria governing this area as a raft of ammendments have been made to the original relevant legislation. My understanding with regards to citizenship is that it would automatically be passed on one generation if born abroad (by descent). Then anybody subsequently born abroad below the age of 18 can apply for british citzenship, under certain specific criteria. They would subsequently have to re-apply as an adult. Think its most likely application was made this way rather than through work/living visa. (which they can also apply for if they have british ancestry, but i think that is if they havent applied for british citizenship)
  2. Black holes result from God dividing the universe by zero.

  3. That's to do with working/living in the UK, I'm not sure as he is 15 that would be applicable.
  4. What's the rules concerning someone who is under 17 essentially a kid. All that covers is your right to work live in this country if your over 17. I doubt anyone who is under 16 and is a rider is classified as an employee under UK law.
  5. Glad to see Ben getting a chance again at this level. From what ive seen of him last year (very limited) but bags of potential & a nice style. Last year in the few races i saw he was on the pace, but didnt score an awful lot, thats no criticism of him, just last year was maybe a bit to soon for him. Last year the quality of reserves & new young riders was high. A number of the excellent young riders who started at reserve last year are this seasons main body riders. I think Ben will do quite well this year.
  6. Good as a Newport fan to hear positive comments about Tim & Jamie. And positive comments about James & Gareth. Can't wait for our match against the potters.
  7. I hope all the Scunny fans & Sheffield fans as Montie says "Get behind the team" For whatever reason the decision was made its done. The riders need & deserve your support. I think the team is in for a succesful season & silverware is definitely an oppurtunity. Get behind them.
  8. What will be interesting is this could be the first chance to see what the difference is between new/old silencers in the same meeting. The NL has been exempt from having to use the new silencers and with a few current PL riders riding what will they use.
  9. Should be a great meeting, i know we have only had a few PL meetings but for the saints riders who have PL teams Birks has been flying & both the Worralls have made good starts, hitting the ground running. Paul Cooper will be a strong spearhead for them too. Should be a great match, think the Colts will have to be on top form in what could be an absoloute classic.
  10. Heya Dudley will be riding all there home meetings at Wolverhampton's track. Scunthorpe/Sheffield will be riding a split of home meetings at Sheffield & Scunthorpe. Hackney will be riding a split of home meetings at Rye House & Lakeside And your correct Leicester is a new Track in at PL Level.
  11. I agree, he would one day in the future. He's passionate about British speedway at this level, very knowledgeable, definitely would be professional & would do whatever is in the best interests of the sport & this level of speedway. I think in the future if he was ever interested in doing it he would be a brilliant choice.
  12. Yep, from my perspective he was my favourite buxton rider last year & someone who impressed me greatly so its good to get the opportunity to see him again in buxton colours.
  13. Yes it has been dwarfed by the court case. Cracking signing. Looking forward to watching him.
  14. Have to say had a quick look on my mobile earlier & its great. Nicely designed good job
  15. No probs hope it saved you a search. We are lucky, hopefully he can have an injury free year.
  16. Yeah he will be missed for sure, thought he did really well last year especially as you say when you were up against it last year. Good luck to him.
  17. Il have to have a re-think as to what surprise Buxton may have lined up then.
  18. I think they will have a few surprises in the line up going by Jayne's comments. I would be surprised if Nick Morris being back happened (if it is possible), but I think Buxton will have a solid top order to back up Ben Taylor on his return, which could mean no Allott & four riders between 5-7 with two 3 pointers at reserve.
  19. I was working on the basis of what Mr Vasey said he had been told that the limit for D/u or d/d has been increased to 5 in which case he could be eligible as his pl ave is 4.44. Heathen79 has asked on another thread as too whether this now makes Morris along with Hart & Hughes eligible, still awaiting an answer on that. What Jayne has said today is that anyone under 25 with a pl ave under 5 may also ride NL.
  20. I reckon it could be something like this????? 1.Taylor 8.09 2.McDade 3.Bethell 4.Branford 5.Morris 6.Mcphail 3 7.Another 3 pointer
  21. So your sitting on the fence then .
