  1. Hopefully fresh from qualifying for KO Cup Semi-Finals Bandits take on Plymouth looking for more League Points. Bandits welcome back Lewi Kerr, whilst for Plymouth Connor Mountain guests for the still unavailable Covatti. Plymouth have a number of riders in Barker,Hook, Bowtell & the impressive Dan Thompson who could keep things interesting. My prediction 55-35.Word of warning the car park is heaving with tents and motor bikes so parking will be fun to say the least.
  2. was over with the dog about 4-30 car park rammed we have blank weekends coming up left right and centre June/July Council surely have fixture list then again it is Berwick Council

  4. says Jason has pulled out due to the after effects of Saturday's crash which is not surprising.
  5. plus a 5 week gap in home fixtures June/July unless still in the KO Cup
  6. Bandits take on Redcar, hoping to bounce back from last weeks home defeat against Poole. For the Bandits Richard Lawson continues to guest for the injured Lewi Kerr, whilst for the Bears Ben Barker steps in for the injured Danny King with Dan Thompson replacing former Bandit Jonas Knudsen who has been called up by his Polish club. Been great weather wise up here so hopefully we will see a good meeting. Prediction 49-41 to Berwick.
  7. Sunday should be the last day of his 30 day suspension.
  8. Poole won at Berwick last season with paid 15 pts at reserve Rowe & Complin being a factor. I think Berwick have the advantage at reserve this time so going for a 49 - 41 home win
  9. Drew Kemp has declared himself battered, bruised but fit to face the side with which he raised the cup last season. But Jye Etheridge will be forced to cheer his team-mates on from the sidelines. His absence will be covered by rider-replacement with all bar guest number one Richard Lawson able to cover the Australian’s rides. Taken from Club Website.
  10. Berwick take on an inform Scunthorpe side managed by former Bandit David Howe. hoping for a good lead to take down to Scunthorpe for the 2nd Leg. Berwick TM has again changed things around from last Friday with Danyon back at number 2 Drew 4 Rory 5 and Jye3. Richard Lawson once again guests for the sidelined Lewi Kerr. For Scunny Jack Smith guests for Nathan Ablitt. Scunthorpe have a number of riders who can ride Shielfield well but i think with Berwick a little bit stronger at reserve we wil get a result. 1989 was the last time we won the KO Cup so we are hopefully due a good cup run. Prediction 52-38.
  11. i had one and was in that much pain wife went to stay at her sisters, she came back though guess it was a case of abscess makes the heart grow fonder
  12. Enjoyable meeting to be fair. Kerr was superb for the Bandits
  13. same here Chris when Leon & Bomber went past 3rd bend they still waved and we acknowledged that
  14. stafdf do do their best maybe a snack van on 2nd bend as there was a few years ago to cater for ducket and 3rd bend patrons to be fair we won't get crowds like that every week
  15. shame that old jus rol yard could not be utilised as parking couple of minutes walk from stadium
  16. Weather has improved a bit thankfully since Wednesday. Roof closed hopefully all good for tomorrow night
