  1. Gappmaier has only had a handful of meetings for Berwick so a bit early to judge his performances.
  2. Fixture list needs sorted big time Berwicks last home meeting was July 2nd and if it was not for the fact we are riding on a Wednesday July 27th against Glasgow, next meeting involving the team wouild be Saturday August 6th. Can sympathise with Comets fans with all there blank dates as well.
  3. Thanks for that win or lose we always try to enjoy the meeting
  4. Rules are putting riders out of jobs so what if they were over 6 at the start of the season if they haven't got a team place let them make a living.
  5. Going by my mathematics which was never my strongest point we now have 6-25 to play with for that elusive 7th rider. Hopefully with no more meetings until July 14th we will have someone in place with 2 tough away meetings on the agenda.
  6. On paper at start of season I thought we could maybe sneak a playoff place like 1 or 2 I thought Mellgren would be our trump card sadly that never happened. Into July and we are sitting in a playoff place so hopefully to stay in that place the promotion and I know it has not been for the want of trying bring in the 7th rider that maintains our push.
  7. Brady has a genuine excuse riding in Italy Todd has taken advice off Rasmus Jensen lol
  8. WEEKEND WEATHER Checking ahead with our preferred forecasting website, we see that Friday in West Lothian is currently suggesting sunshine and showers early, clearing into a dry evening and a temperature of 14C by race-time. On Saturday, Tweedmouth is currently set for a warm, sunny day, all day! Top temperature to be 17C. Well, it is July! Taken from club email letter
  9. According to Plymouth updates Todd feeling effects of shoulder injury
  10. Hope it's a good safe meeting as a Bandits fan would be happy with a draw to keep our playoff hopes alive.
  11. Totally agree with you if Coty is happy at Glasgow why leave a happy rider is a good rider.
  12. Soon as Jake Allens average dropped to 5 Berwick should have signed him up been scoring good points everywhere for Somerset.
  13. Coty was released due to the British No 7 3pt average rule coming in which had we kepth him Berwick would have started season with 2 3pt average reserves. Thankfully he is a Berwick asset so hopefully will be recalled in the future.
  14. Lambert to high an average come July 1st Simon Nielsen done a good job last time
  15. As a Berwick fan have to agree it wasn't the best meeting but you can only beat what's in front of you.For the early part of them meeting Workington were abysmal then Compton and Wells came to the party. Shame thati t wasn't a good meeting but a win is a win.
  16. Correct at the talk-in we had they basically said some tracks like Berwick make them feel really welcome, whilst others think Sky's here how much are the takings going to be down.
  17. Well done to the fans involved promotion at its best
  18. Looking at football pitchm measurements a pitch must be between 50-90 yards wide shielfield is 70 yards wide in a perfect world even 4 yards off all the way around would makei t one he'll of a track
  19. Mars bars in batter there was a treat I better make sure I book them again for next year 😄😄
  20. Shadders loves a dig at our lovely track spoilt rotten with rye house track 😄😄😄
  21. Hopefully a new signing R/R hasn't always worked for us in the past. Problem is which riders are available.
