  1. Berwick Rangers pitch according to their website is 110 x 70 yards, pitches have to be a minimum of 100 x 50 so well over the limit. Think we are all used to the fact that pitch will never be reduced so what we have as a track will remain the same. I would like to see starting gate back where it was years ago in front of the tunnel, giving a longer run up into the 1st bend and cutting down on first bend bunching. I agree Saturday night wasn't the best of meetings with little or no passing but the solution is difficult to find.
  2. Nice short trip for the Berwick bus lol. Not easy to control the dust in such a heat but there was no lack of effort in trying to. £2-50 for a can of Stella no complaints from the Berwick fans haha for all the people that questioned why Redcar got the meeting the answer was there yesterday. Well done to all involved proper speedway how it used to be when you go home with a black face and you have had a great day.

  4. Back in the day once we got past the first round we would make the final last few seasons have been a joke Going to be a quick season
  5. Time Berwick turned the clock back to the 70/80's and became a decent cup team again. 39pts at Armadale in Shield match with Lindman scoring 0 and Jye withdrawn from injury, Pjiper makes us that bit stronger now so can see Berwick edging it over 2 Legs.
  6. Pleased to see Bacon scoring points he is sizzling at the moment
  7. Cost shouldn't come into the well being of an injured rider. We have 2 at Berwick and they have proved their worth.
  8. Reason for presentations in Black & Gold are we are not allowed to do them in stadium. Our last few which included Aaron getting Rider of the Month, 8 Academy riders, Last nights Junior Meeting which I don't think was even mentioned over the tannoy & Jye have all been done in Black & Gold for that reason.
  9. Good win last night for the KLS Bandits Academy. Last night's junior meeting was sponsored by the Berwick Bandits Supporters Club.
  10. Speaking to a few Monarchs fans they reckon could be a much changed team by the time the cup matches come around
  11. Not just that but who would be available if they were to make changes. No away meeting springs to mind where we might get something as there are a lot of strong looking teams we still have to visit. Still to visit Peterborough, Ipswich, Scunthorpe, Glasgow, Edinburgh, & Workington
  12. just enough rain to keep the dust under control
  13. I'm a Berwick fan but chuffed to bits for Tom Bacon tonight
  14. Just happy that unlike start of last season we're winning home meetings
  15. Will Theo be available sure I read he had a long track meeting this weekend.
  16. This time last season us bonny Bandits couldn't win a home meeting lol
  17. Aye took a big knock at Berwick on Saturday night
  18. Speaking to Redcar fans on Saturday night looks like there is going to be facilities available for fans to view from the back straight.
  19. Website still shows John Lindman no doubt will be updated soon
  20. Berwick Bandits Supporters Club were busy busy last night. First presentation was to all the academy riders that were present last night also a cheque was presented to Colin Easton and Alan Ferro to sponsor a forthcoming junior meeting. Last presentation was to Jye Etheridge who was in the wars at Redcar to help towards a new helmet and bike repairs.
