  1. July 27th a free night according to website.
  2. Made the trip down last night and thoroughly enjoyed the meeting. As much as I would have loved an away win, it was not to be with the Scorpions all riding well. Was a couple of outstanding heats last night with that young lad Doolan in the thick of the action tremendous. Quick mention for our guest Jason Edwards put in a heleful lot of effort for little reward looks a good prospect. Chips & Curry Sauce and pre-match pint vey nice as well.
  3. When Ellis went to Birmingham he had a massive average now it is down to under 8pts. So possibly same would happen to Dan If he signed for a Championship club.
  4. Yes the Berwick Bandits Supporters Club held a Bingo / Raffle night last night. There was a healthy turnout and it was good to see Jamie, Kevin, Scott attend. £250 was handed over towards the STARS project.
  5. No I live in Berwick itself. Not to say it won't rain later but at the moment just clammy
  6. Weather dry and clammy but these things happen. On a positive note after tossing a coin best of 47 times I am going out for a pint later lol.
  7. Not all supporters of Berwick have electric or gas yet . I would imagine as well as social media, Radio Borders would have been contacted to convey the news.
  8. So looking at guest situation for Sunday if that is the route we choose who is available. Be surprised if any Birmingham riders were available. as we saw at the 4's last Sunday a few of them ride abroad. Scunthorpe Stefan Nielsen, Danny Ayes, can fit. Redcar Ostergaard, Stewart, and Greaves who scored paid 11 there earlier in the season can fit. Who would be a Team Manager.
  9. If we went the guest route for Saturday there are 9 teams to choose from. Different scenario on Sunday only Scunthorpe, Birmingham and Redcar to choose from.
  10. On NBJ Facebook page, due to illness unable to ride this weekend.
  11. On his fb page he has had to pull out of tonight's meeting, and both Berwick meetings at weekend due to illness. Hardly pulling a stroke ?
  12. Scunny have had more guests than The One Show this season lol. Howarth normally decent around Shielfield.
  13. Could be a close meeting this on Saturday. Bandits on paper anyway have the advantage at reserve. The right choice of guest for Garrity could give the Scorpions a sting in their tail. Bandits 51 Scunny 39.
  14. 1.58.2, 2. 57.3, 3. 57.5, 4. 57.8, 5. 59.1, 6. 58.7, 7. 58.9, 8. 58.3, 9. 58.8, 10. 58.9, 11. 58.9, 12. 58.6, 13. 59.9, 14. 58.9, 15. 59.9, 16. 59.3, 17. 60.0, 18. 60.2, 19. 60.2, 20. 60.0, 21. 61.7, 22. 59.4, 23. 59.1, 24. 59.6, 25. 59.5, 26. 59.9, 27. 60.1, 28. 60.0, 29. 60.5, 30. 60.4, 31. 60.9, 32. 60.5, 33. 60.7, 34. 61.1, 35. 60.6
  15. The roast beef rolls in the Black & Gold were superb
  16. Never mind an IQ lets hope there is a Big Q boom boom
  17. Probably by not fully fit, should have said race fit due to lack of meetings at the moment. As you say Leicester are more than capable of doing a job next Saturday but we have seen some strange results before. Hopefully get some decent weather and crowd.
  18. Coty like Jye another one riding not fully fit. Surprised tonight by NBJ performance, rode really well at Leicester last season in Premier League. 18pts is possible to bring back, should be interesting next Saturday.
  19. On the 2019 averages only, Danny is Number 1 at home with an 8.60 GSA. Away from home he is Number 6 with an 4.00 GSA.
  20. Danny's performances at Peterborough have been poor to be honest, which is a bit of a surprise. 2/4, 3/5, 4/5, 0/3, 0/2. So probably the best squad to represent us in the 4's has been selected.
  21. Yip defo stronger without Sedgman at Berwick. Bandits probably have the edge at reserve with Coty and Leon. Berwick to win it 50-40.
