so with the 'Rising Stars' list, I assume Tom Bacon (aged 28) will be the rising star for the Panthers. How apt really, the oldest 'Rising Star' signing for 'Dads Army'.
-
I think was more a case before he injures himself in fairness.
-
Agreed..... only in Speedway, can come up with potentially a good idea then absolutely ruin it by allowing that.
-
Josh Bates ..... Rising Star whoever signs him will have an advantage from the off.
-
Nope, not based in the UK which came into the equation. They had to release a rider anyway due to the new young rising star rule.

King's Lynn Stars 2020

Nothing gained, nothing lost with this signing IMO. Low 4s, will probably have the beating of all `Young Brits' and a few other reserves which means will maintain his average at worse. Could you do better on a 4.00 average, possibly, but could they average 6.00 like Lewis has the potential to if it all clicks, probably not. -
Looks that way anyway
-
Cant see how you can have a team with Ulle in and get anywhere near the average. Unless Bjarne is being reassessed and coming in on a 8.00 average. I do get its not all about getting near the average set out by the BSPA, but seems silly wasting points.
-
Agreed, then still have around 6 points for someone else before the young brit. Still the average age will be around 38....
-
For all we know rising stars are limited to wages, so Anders has made himself part of the 1-6? Good signings regardless

Dads Army making a return in 2021.

Clearly Sheffield have plans in place im assuming if they've released Lawson but question marks on Josh?
-
Troy to Sheffield, Lawson been released. Would imagine most sides would be interested in Richard.

Jake Allen giving British Speedway a miss this year

Bates has a rising star...... Christ!

BWD will replace either Tungate or Niels. Scott will be at showground.
-
Paul Hurry and Ben Morley complete the side
-
Agreed. Be interesting what ticket prices will be this year...
-
Ellis 6.49, Scott 5.50, Hans 5.79, Bellego 5.80, Harris 6.30, BWD 5.47 = 35.35. Not sure on availability for Hans or Bellego, I think it will be a case of wait and see on all fronts.

Ouch! Hopefully all riders OK there. Berntzon done well to drop it in time.
