Tai was mentioned again on yorkshire ITV CALENDAR news...this makes it three times in the same week....to say Scunthorpe are to hold a civic reception in his Honour.
Tai now been on ITV Calendar news two nights on the trot following his win....lovely footage of him as a young lad with his dad...and an interview with him and his mum..
Managed to watch it on bbc iplayer..His gran even got a mention as she still works at the Scunthorpe track selling tea..:-) there's even talk of a meeting to be held there in his honour and also naming part of the track after him.
Tai was featured in the sport section of Calendar news (Yorkshire Area)..on itv1....:-) ALAS IT WAS ONLY 25 SECONDS IN LENGTH.. mon 7th oct.....CONGRATULATIONS TAI... A JOB WELL DONE AND A WORTHY CHAMPION
i think you fast forwarded the action and watched the adverts....no it wasn't a great meeting but it was a good one....commentary and camera work were both more than ok...we should be just glad it's on tv at all..I made the effort to get up and watch live and i didn't feel i wasted my time or short changed.
I really don't mind who does the commentry just as long as it's on and on live....i'm not in a position to be able to afford to go abroad to see these meetings,But i will be making my usual pilgrimage to cardiff,Kelvin and nigel may have faults but overall i think they do a bl**dy good job.Thank you eurosport for saving the day.
If you have the package on sky to receive british eurosport you will be able to watch Motors Tv uk on chanel 413 today sat 16/03/13 and catch Ice speedway world series highlights at 11.55 am. sorry for straying off topic.
fantastic result, well done to the master that is ..TOMASZ GOLLOB...HIP HIP,HOORAYYY,HIP HIP,HOORAYYY,HIP HIP,HOORAYYYYYYYYY!!!.....PS.WELL DONE CHRIS (BOMBER) HARRIS. :D :
at least we are told in advance this time about the red button, but its no compensation for those who dont have it available to them.im usually working shifts so have to watch the replay anyway,im not one to shout sky down, at least they show it and repeat it a couple of times so nobody misses out, whether we like it or not its a minority sport and in my oppionion gets a fair coverage from sky.
