Having re-read the Press statement, it says It should be noted that riders who compete in Heat 14 cannot also compete in Heat 15. It will be the team managers’ decision whether to leave certain riders out of the Heat 14 poll should they wish to be certain of their availability for Heat 15. so riders 3 to 6 nominated if you leave your heat leaders out for the last heat, who is the most supported team in the league on Twitter? guaranteed to have the reserve in heat 14

It’s a bit of a joke because you vote for say the best 2 in heat 14 and the team manager says errrrrr I am putting then in heat15 so that leaves the other 2, meaningless

Went through this in 2006 , haven't been since. The louts sat behind us were offensive & drunk & I had a full pint of lager poured down my back after about heat 8. Cardiff is just a drinking competition now, families should be able to get tickets in an alcohol free zone & the stewards enforce it.
