Every time. He's like your old senile Grand Dad. Harmless, laughed at, and hasn't a clue what he is saying.

Mario Puzu says you are talking crap again.

Nurse Nurse, he's out again. Get the medicine.

I can see the analogy, They were nearly Trumped after the 2010 AGM, but they came out top trumps. BTW Did you ask Snackie if you could post that. Better not let him see your spelling or grammer.
-
There you go with that twaddle again, Don. It may take awhile, but I am here to help.
-
Quite agree Snackie. They are British registrations to ride in this country, or commonly known as assets.
-
Some old dinosaurs ignore the fact that business is being conducted monthly in line with the asset system, that he says doesn't exist. Loan fees, transfers, signing on fees, must all be a figment of everyone else's imagination. It may 'count for very little' but alive it certainly is, and even copes with riders moving to clubs they want to ride for. Wow, what a system. Mind ya don't fall getting off that box.
-
Yes, it seems the EL have different rules to the PL. They can 'sign' riders and loan them out, and call them assets. In the PL you need the rider to complete the right number of meetings and the right home/away mix, before you can call them an asset. Not right, but it is the way it works. I replied before Mr S Badge, to let you know rather than read the twaddle that he would give you about the validity of the system, being unlawful and not working.

Aye, even when you have 3 goes at it, and Holder still says he should have stayed on. Nicki everytime. -

Nicki good value and should not have been excluded in the semi with Lingren guilty. Holder trying to bully deserve to go, how many attempts did he try to unshift Nicki. Jason grew as the meeting went on and deserved to win it. Good improvement from Chris. -
Great result from our Richie.

The 'some' are wrong. Robert wil be able to take out a British licence next year when he is 15, and then be eligible to race in the NL. I have a lot of sympathy for this situation, but I do feel you are deliberatly being negative before you know the actual situation. This tone, IMO, will not do Robert any favours. You will get adverse reactions to this line of thought. I wish the lad well, and will watch his progress with great interest. I am already aware of him.

Many thanks for your info. It was hell of a side and everyone could win races on any track. Strength in depth and a number 1, must be the way to go.

Can only suggest Joel Parsons, or one of his teammates, in their compact team of about PL winning side 2004 circa.
-
He did that quite regular when he first started Ian.

Ta. I know Brian is back Thursday so he might be able to make a decision then. -
Mike started out with Berwick after early rides at his home team, Newcastle. He was more known for his longer spells with Halifax and then Berwick again. I was at school and in the same boys club as Mike, and he was a bouncy kid.

What Is Going On At Leicester ?
Tsunami replied to djp45's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I think you are reading far to much into one example of Glyn, probably for your own purposes. Glyn is certainly NOT a submissive character, he is highly knowledgeable, opinionated on most subjects and good company to be with. He has been a promotor in OZ and has lots of ideas that he shared with me at Newcastle. -

Interesting but different skills are needed for different riders and different occasions. In Glyn's case, when he rode for us 1997, he used to insist he was told he was say a tac sub, rather than be asked to do it. As you will know as a Team Leader and Teacher, there is no one way of dealing with folks. Everyone is different in different circumstances, and it is the skill of the leader to be able to read the signs and treat the individuals in a way that it brings out the best of that individual.
