The silly b****r will probably 'like' that. -
Agree. Just been reading Peter White in his OZ reports in the SS, and he is saying "From this distance, it seems nonsensical for a rider to have to give up what would be a great chance of winning his national title just to comply with a points average for a club in England. Where is the sense in that for the boy's career and the spectators out here who deserve better ? How about putting the sport first ?" So let's just scrap the rules for the sake of Brady and p**s off Danes who will still arrive with a 7 average for riding in their top Danish League. How about just starting on the higher average within the rules, ride in his countries Championship and still take his place with the Rebels as planned, albeit on a higher average. Problem solved. As for 'how about putting the sport first', way over the top response. FFS.

And if he had, he would have written it OUT of the box instead of WITHIN the box, which he was trying to tell ch958 in the first instance. -

Terry. You could get a decent Travelodge 1 - on the Coast Road(straight dash afterwards through the Tyne Tunnel to thesouth), 2 - One of two Travelodges on the Quayside and therefore within walking distance of the Quayside and the TOON. Some excellent Chinese restaurants in TOON. NB Just noticed 'wor ernie' has beat me to it. Never mind Elaine, what aboot your lass. -

Great news, and the PL 4's are saved. Let's hope they get the deserved support from the local fans. -

All the best to Coventry and Mick regarding this most welcome initiative. Good news. -
I used to leave the car on land and then get the ferry. Much better and cheaper.
-
I used to enjoy going over in the ferry, and then get a lift in the bus with the likes of the ref and Bryn for £1.
-
Got your ticket yet, For a £5 you could win a custom made race suit for either you or a nominated person to your own design. Worth what, about £400, so it's well worth the gamble. Closes on the 19th January, 2014, when the winner will be announced.

The rules have been consistent, and practically everyone on here can see that Brady does not qualify as a 3 pointer on two counts. The point is what is alleged to have been said to Garry by allegedly the BSPA reps. Did he tell them all the facts, did he only tell half the story, did 3 people all get the answer wrong all year. We need answers why.
-
…and Mark Blackburn.
-
I seem to remember that when the IOW first requested to be included in the PL, an undertaking was given that the IOW had to pay for the ferry charges for all the away riders and visiting officials. Dave Pavitt used to meet a nominated boat on the pier head, and had all the tickets to hand. Don't know if that arrangement still follows for the NL, as that would be an extra cost to the home promotion.

The clue should have been the Danish licence to both the BSPA and Garry, Nick. Ask at the beginning at the beginning of the season and get a nod, but to then ride in Denmark on a Danish licence It was never going to be on, especially now the licence is known about and it's now certainly not a runner. Maybe the reps of the BSPA got it wrong in the first case before the licence was obtained, but why then would Garry keep asking and checking, he must have known it was at least dodgy as it was certainly apparent to everyone else on two counts. Just feel there is something missing from this story. It wasn't Matt he asked at the BSPA was it.

Thought Elephantman might jump to conclusions, and think it was a friend.
-
Did you have a workable alternative. Free for all, grades, or squads. ? So Gary knows he has a Danish licence, and still thinks he can get a 3 for Brady. Not a smart assumption, and this decisions brings back some credibility to the situation, but feel sorry for Nick Morris through this.
