Newcastle V Peterborough 11th May 2014 Premier League
Tsunami replied to dantodan's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Give him directions to Sunderland, and all our problems will be solved. -
Chris can have good meetings that is why he gets guest bookings, and delivers for that team. He is never going to get back to a 6 point average, but he can thwart many a good riders through good gating , allowing his senior rider an easier ride. Good team man, and I think he will be staying.
-
Wrong average to make much difference.
-
Rosen has not rode to the level he did last year. With Ludde number 1, it was expected that Rosen would crack on and be the new number 1, but he isn't and Robbo is.
-
Both Rose and Schrammy are capable of being a lot more than 3 pointers, especially Rose.
-
Showing a lot of interest in a team you have no time for Spinny.

As someone has already said, It had to be done. Everyone was wondering why the fancied team assembled was not performing, and saying someone should be dropped. Well the promotion has decided, and we have a team to believe in for the rest of the season. League Cup gone. Premiership gone, and only the KOC and the PL and Play Offs. That'll do for me.
-
It would appear so.

Quite surprised at the changes but then someone had to go, it's what most fans wanted as the present team is just not firing so far. Everyone had a different rider marked out for the drop, but it appears to be a double swop. To be fair Rosen has not been at his best this year, and has not brought that quality to the team that we thought possible. I do hope he gets fixed up to give him that chance to move forward as a rider, and to be someone's number 1. Newcastle are usually loyal to their riders, and I will be interested to see the general comments for doing what the fans have been asking for. Remember with a couple of bad meetings Somerset, Redcar and now Worky, the fans were not happy, and now the Promotion has responded and I think we will hear who Anton and Christians replacements are tomorrow. Robbo, Kerr, Rose and Ludde are all now doing the business, so the new riders along with Schrammy, have the job of saving the season. Remember it is only a couple of weeks ago that fans were saying the it's May and the end of the season for us. Time will tell, but I personally think that changes have been made and were needed.

Could try their Facebook page. Craig Branney will reply.

I did try to tell you. -
Always beware the new informed posters. Usually have an agenda, and this one smells like Bowden.

Depends on how you interpret the word necessary. It was necessary, due to the sudden availability of the missing rider now being available, so no facility being necessary, thanks. -

Perhaps the team suits are to try and made the gladiators LOOK professional, instead of everyone turning up with something making then looking like a bunch of misfits, then you would have a better case for a rant. Talking about individuality, I don't suppose anybody on here now looks at the fork and bike covers. Try it. Couldn't keep away, could you. -

I note the "further necessary changes must be notified" but no requirement to seek permission from the officials named. Morris should have been riding last night. -

I think you will find that if Konopka just knocks in the scores he is doing at the moment, he won't be going anywhere else. -
Cos you're a very naughty boy.
-
I don't think he owns proper trousers, which he should because of those legs.

It got better as the meeting went on, but I did think we were going to get hit big time again. Fortunately we were making gates tonight, and there was some classic racing on the Showground track. Points on the meeting :- Ludde did beat Fisher to the line. From the outside it was clear, but if you look at the dubbed on redline, it is skewed and not parallel to the the chalk line on the track. Get it fixed SKY. Schramm is distraught at the crash he caused. Anton is very battered and bruised, but nothing broken. He has been passed fit to travel and has flown back to Sweden tonight as per his original plans. Kerr is very upset as he was using his best bikes, so they need to be stripped tomorrow to find out what has caused the stoppages in three heats where he was contesting the lead. His no points score could well have cost us the meeting points, along with Anton's absence. My guess is Kerr problems must be electrical. Agree with the comment that Christian should have been on a TR in heat 8. Agree with Jacques regarding the race suits. Far too much white that makes them look baggy, and should have a lot more black in them. Very pleased at the positive comments on here about what opposition we put up tonight, certainly augers well for the future and when Kerr sorts out his probs I don't thing we need to be considering replacements of any of the septet. Sorry 'DIAMONDS' but you have run your course with your team alternatives, I think so you should lay off now. It was fun, but is unsettling to some OK. -

No. If Ludde is having many duff meetings as others think he is, then he must be getting some cracking scores to still maintain a 7 point average, and still be our highest averaged rider till next month. Simple maths, he must be scoring points somewhere. Someone telling porkies. I wonder why. NO. -
