Thought that myself as i understood he got his new average after Sheffield. Does this mean we can get a better guest for him now. -

millik was available to ANYONE on a 4, but Poole got to him first. Been covered/discussed on here at the beginning of the season. -

Yep, that's what I remembered. Some good chippies on Chilly Road. -

Good choice, but, as you know, there are some decent eateries on Chilly Road. -

That's a different point. Criticising a rider for only scoring a 15 max against a poor side like Plymouth is not credible by anyone's standards. -

He's a good man with a great interest in the sport. Looks after Ulrich and Danny Phillips, and also sponsors Carl Wilco, as part of his Motive sponsorship packages. -

As long it is fair and justified of course. Picking on one rider regardless of his score and team riding, when others do not find the same frequencies for complaints, is neither fair or justified. Ludde has a similar average to a few Diamond riders, so if he is 'so crap' to someone, then that someone has to accept he also must have big scores. When that person counters that with his recent 15 pt MAX, 'but it was only Plymouth full of reserves', one wonders why his complaints on here are not about why the other riders didn't have maximums, if the opposition was that pathetic. Hope Ian has thought through things said on here in reply. He does himself no good with his constant criticism. -

Despite the facts sometimes. Number 1 rider has the highest average Fact, except when it's Ludde with you. -

Remember that. Stu would get ahead of Nicki, and Nicki expected Stu to get off the white line, which was Stu's only racing line. -

Eh. Possibly try a bit harder next week then Ian. I was on the centre green, watching the starts. Pretty equal at that time, but Jesper in front of Nicki, with Brent a very close third, but Nicki was determined to win the practice race, which he did right at the end. Nicki was born. -

I remember that, it was a three way race with Brent Werner and Nicki was laying down his presence. -

In 1998 Nicki was just learning the 'art' then, but he used to have horrendous meetings against Craig Watson of Newport, with them taking turns on each corner to fence each other. Comical but dangerous. -

Ludde can team ride when the circumstance allow. Just Ian can't see it the way the rest of us do. Which is quite sad really. -
Something Got To Change (sheffield)
Tsunami replied to OILYRAG's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
3 working days Steve, so George would have needed to know yesterday to fit Simon in for Thursday. With Schramm showing no signs of a return, and Simon's availability now, I would go for that switch in readiness for Sunday. Simon did not go well at Sheffield, so I reckon we could go with someone better on Thursday. Possibly Ole Greenwood or Nicky Barrett. -
I hear good things about Shanes, so it will be good to watch his progress.

Ironic that Havvy included Lawson in the team tonight after the KL meeting was called off. Is this the same Havvy who refused an away team from doing the same thing, only a couple of weeks ago(possibly Somerset I think).
