Patryk Dudek Tests Positive For Banned Substance
Tsunami replied to lastword's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Nobody said you did. You have a great habit of answering things but with some unrelated fact. Get back in your box. -
Just like the 'old days' that never existed. My recollections, and film of the time backs it up, shows it didn't happen then just the same as it doesn't happen every race now. But I don't harp on about it.

Well said that man. Really pleased for Kus getting his form back and who is nice guy to boot.
-
Poor result, and we don't deserve anything if we can't beat a team the strength of the current Rockets.

Or get sick of some tired oldies repeating it ad norsium. Change the blo*dy record.

Quite agree Skidder. I didn't realise that the signing of Benji was going to be the cause of the end of the world. Get a grip, the lad has been signed possibly because of the lack of riders, and all involved seem to be consenting. I think some on here have a protest board, and just wait for the next thing to post on it. Sad.

Here we go again.

Berwick Vs Edinburgh 12/8 Live On Sky
Tsunami replied to bigeddiechek's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
It's called participation, rather than be called smug with all the answers. You must be desperate to have a dig. -
if you really think promoters are in it for rich rewards, you are seriously misguided.

And unfortunately it is inevitable until we get more Brit riders. Squad systems are not really viable to British Speedway.

Edinburgh V Newcastle (pl) 8/8/14 @ 7.30pm

The plan is for him to ride. -
Reform and limitations of the HR's Bill. The right to exclude and deport EU foreigners. Try reading what Boris actually said, and there might be a few clues for you. Until you start reforming, the scope of reform is usually quite fluid. The fact that every ditty isn't written down, doesn't mean cynics like you are right to continue with things that don't work, and are anti population, anti trade and a burden on natural business or the population in general. It's a bit like any attempt to describe Britishness and British culture. They do exist, but would be challenged point by point by folks like you, to try and suggest we are all the same which we are not.

Regardless of that, there have been plenty on here hoping the stadium didn't get built. And they call themselves speedway fans.

Who Will Make The Playoffs ?
Tsunami replied to Super Blue's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
You would have had problems with either a straight league title, or the Playoffs version, with the number of rain off meetings you have had. Despite the 'only in Speedway' comment being used once again, a previous thread on here demonstrated the widescale use of playoffs in many varies sports across the sports world. Moan about anything and everything, 'only in speedway'. -
Enjoyed my visit in Thursday but, with Lewis B at reserve and favourite for all but one of the RR rides, I thought we would be in for a heavy defeat. Lewis's injury weakened the Bears but Konopka stood in for him well and grabbed himself a couple of points, unlike lately. Surprised how well we came back especially the 1-5 against Lawson, who was almost unbeatable in previous visits. Track was really good for a change, but the vast difference between inside and outside lines meant the main riding up beside the fence. Great race with Wilko and Rose late on. On this form, I would welcome Rene back anytime at Brough. He, along with Kenni, are held in high esteem as people, as well as riders, and it was great to cheer on one of our 'own' as a guest. Had decent company with HT and the usual Bear friends. My mate bought the last pie and pies, so I had to eat at the van. Check out next time the young assistant with black hair. Nearly went back for a third burger. Despite the result, I enjoyed the visit and gladly settled for the point at the end.

Peterborough Panthers 2014
Tsunami replied to NeilWatson's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I heard he could not join the PL. No more DU's. He was looking good and attacking the track round the boards. He went in trying to catch someone, and his engine overspeed, meaning he had dropped the primary, and seemed to land very heavy on his left shoulder. Took awhile with treatment on the track, and looked very frail when he first stood up. Went back to pits in the Ambulance, and I don't think it surprised many when it was announced he was withdrawn from the meeting. -
Only one, and we didn't get RR when Mark rode for us, but Redcar gets RR against us tonight. Oh the irony.
