Aye, forgot about Plymouth, but we are talking about minimum meetings.

You said running rr would be a waste of time but it was still a great meeting.

I thought 5, but he would miss Friday, ironically Peterborough, as they could not sign him now for Friday. Peterborough, Redcar, Glasgow X2, and Rye House. PLRC would not be available to him.

Didn't spoil a great meeting on Sunday In my humble opinion.

The second episode of the show's 45th series includes a feature which was shot a few weeks ago behind closed doors at Newcastle Speedway. Sue Barker hosts the lighthearted sports quiz with team captains Matt Dawson and Phil Tufnell joined by Wimbledon champion Marion Bartoli, former England defender Stuart Pearce, Champion Jockey Tony McCoy and 100m world champion Kim Collins. The programme airs at 10:35pm on BBC1 and BBC1 HD.

Yes it was Zetterstrom who fenced Christian Henry, who had a chunk taken off his backside. Stuart Wilson was the ref, top man for doing the exclusion/ban. -
Keep ya hair on. I read on here that Robert had a stack of consecutive meetings, and was carrying injuries. If you try to read my post properly you would see I was actually praising him. Try to not be so defensive. "a supporter with no idea" ha ha, that's a new one. Oh the irony. Just read your post on the Edinburgh meeting last Friday, and blow me but it was YOU that made the comment about one too many injuries for Robert. Dad's are usually defensive. Thought about saying 'split', but I think i would have got the same comment. Interesting you say that, as I posted a comparison of winning times and young Harry on a 125cc was only slower by 1.30 seconds for the average 500cc winning times.

Interesting meeting last night with an easy win expected against a very makeshift Berwick team. I would have thought a big win with us hitting 55-57 points. Didn't start too well with Simon being moved out, and pushing Steve into and along the airfence, putting a 7 foot gash just above the rubber skirt. Steve did the biz in the rerun, but later had to swop his bent bars for straight ones. Berwick were well led by Thomas who trapped well and blasted around the boards, except when he missed that gate, but still didn't stop trying. Held up in heat 13 by Kevin, otherwise he could have attacked a bit earlier. Branford really surprised me as he is usually out of control and crashing, but last night he was still aggressive but fast and safer. I believe he is also carrying injuries, which makes his performance even better. You could see the way Kevin walked on the parade that he was not fully fit and even sat on the bike partly side on. Never looked comfortable. Even at heat 9 we were only 4 points up, but after that we started to take the heat advantages that we expected, and pulled away to a safe score of 53-37. It still was a good performance from both sides. As others have said, there were a least two great rides and a decent crowd enjoyed every minute of them. Some neat riding also in the NJL meeting between the same two sides, with the Berwick Bandits no 8, Kieran Douglas, winning all three rides, as did Harry McGurk in the 125cc races. Interesting that the average winning time of the 500's races were only 1.3 seconds ahead of the average 125's winning times. Some class that.

Reason why I asked was it was reported once that in a Televised 'Internationale' from Wimbledon, there had been a big crash, and a Doctor, who was watching at home, realised that a problem injury might not have been spotted, and made him way to the hospital, where it was found that he was right. Thought it was the Brown crash but could be mistaken. Perhaps others might recall the meeting I am talking about.

Where is 'home' for Robert. I heard he lived in Denmark.

Oh Gawd.

Rebel fans have been suggesting it for a couple of weeks. Obviously Gary has a replacement just in time for the PO's.
