  1. Yes, but the post acknowledged Garrity's ambition whilst not crediting Kyle with that ambition. Rather a one sided comment. Kyle rides on the continent some weeks during the season, but it just doesn't get generally commented on. Of the two, IMO Kyle has shown more ambition than Garrity so far.
  2. I remember Jimmy in the 60's being a stalward rider in the Old Meadowbank days. Never a great rider, but very much a handful on track. RIP Jimmy
  3. Can't find what he came back on, but it was a low average and worth a punt at that average.
  4. In a standoff situation, like Poker, you don't 'blink' till you win.
  5. Neither was I, but changed my mind last year. Like Ludde at no 1 on 7.15 in 2014, Kus this past season has an average of 7.13 so he must score decent points somewhere as averages don't normally lie. I can accept a couple of race wins at home every week, but will be extremely interested in meetings at big tracks like Sheffield, Peterborough and largish ones like Glasgow and Somerset, where he is usually a top scorer. That's if Kus doesn't blink before March 2016.
  6. Assuming he hasn't ridden since, one would have thought an 8% reduction for each year out.
  7. Cock of the Forum, not to be dismissed easily.
  8. Put them together at 3 and 4 and give Richie a chance to getting out of the way of Summers.
  9. Exactly the point I was making. If you are being realistic with the crowd numbers you don't open all the stadium, but it still has to be blocked off.
  10. Just wait till 15th March and Boro will not be in it.
  11. Why. If it wasn't being used for fans, all they need was security at the exits to keep the space safe. Happens at all big stadium in football when big stadia/teams are hosting smaller clubs in the cup comps. It's called being professional and running a business sensibly.
  12. Hope it's dryer and warmer than last year, but I welcome a later start. Probably means Practice and Press days to be Sun 20 and 21st March. Bob Tasker(GRT Media) will really be a miss with the effort he used to put in for the 4 team presentation for local TV coverage.
  13. Yes, it is a personal thing. He thinks it is fair game to fence Kyle, and risk getting excluded, than stay safe behind him. He thinks HE has nothing to lose by doing it. FACT.
  14. So because Garrity makes a decision that suits him, but costs his team, that apparently means that Newman lacks ambition and wouldn't get a team place at Poole but for the EDR. Only on the BSF.
