This was probably the best race of the meeting last night in the link below. Heat 10 and 14 were the only heats that stood out, but Leicester did what they needed to do in making sure Redcar got nothing from last night. I stand corrected since heat 8. A great heat 11. Fair play to Cook and Douglas.

Not much in the way of passing so far. Both sides suffering bad luck in heat 7 brought the only passes in the meeting up to this point.

Surprised Poole didn’t use Ablitt in heat 9, to use Ben in heat 14.

Plymouth very, very unlucky tonight. Poole made very hard work of grabbing a draw against a 5 man team, at least after heat 6 anyway. Plymouth would’ve won with Palm Toft by a good 4-6 pts if it wasn’t for his crash. Fingers crossed he’s only got away with concussion (as per Mark Phillips when interviewed).
