His interview from his hospital bed just after the crash worries me Badge. Firstly he wasn’t even 100% sure he was going to carry on although admitted he probably would, and then spoke of having to get over the mental scars and nerves from returning from such a big crash. If you go to tapes with any kind of fear then you’re destined to fail in this sport. It was very quick after the accident though so emotions would no doubt be running high and he’s had plenty of time since for his mindset to have changed, but after the Riss thing this year I’m not sure I’d want to go in to a new season with any more risks. Edit: I’d personally go for Dan Thompson again at 7 whether that be a rising star role again, or if it’s scrapped, a standard second reserve. Did better than I was expecting to be honest.

And lose a huge chunk of income? Behave. This will severely cut the attendance. -

King has been in really good form through most of September for both clubs but just the last week or two as you say, he’s just starting to drop off it a bit. Desperately need him firing. We also can’t afford to carry anybody so Riss is going to have to contribute something over the next two meetings if we’re to be successful. A repeat of his three duck eggs at Belle Vue will be a disaster, especially without Rew taking a ride as Hume is unlikely to fair much better away from home. By his own admission he’s been surprised and very grateful the promotion stuck by him this year, he now has a golden opportunity to repay that loyalty. -

LOL of course it’ll have been a lucky punt if he scores your “5 to 7 at most” because he hasn’t hit that low a figure in his last 7 visits there over the last two years! Those are simply statistical facts. Now put your fishing rod away there’s a good lad. -

Of course there’s a chance Harris has a stinker but all that will prove is Orion got very lucky with his prediction. Over the last two season’s, Harris’ scores at Foxhall have been 11+1, 9+1, 14+1, 14+1, 8+1, 12+2 and 10+3 so there’s absolutely nothing in the recent past to suggest Harris will score “between 5 and 7 at best”. I hope he’s right though!! -

He was riding against Ipswich’ heatleaders on his last visit to Foxhall this season with Leicester where he scored paid 14 (beating Emil). Orion is talking out of his ring piece. -

Whether they’re stronger or weaker is irrelevant. As ever, you’ve missed the point completely. -

Nah disagree with you on this one, Harris guesting against Ipswich after guesting FOR Ipswich in the semi is just plain daft. -

Cracking is a bit of a stretch Pinny (not sure if he has for Redcar?) but he’s done ok in a few meetings without ever looking like his old self. His biggest asset has always been his gating and that has remained sharp. It’s after the first bend when the problems start. Sometimes he’s managed to pin it tight to the white line and hang on for points here and there but more often than not he’s looked slow and been easily passed far too often. Nowhere near the rider we’ve seen in previous seasons. No idea if it’s been the same at Redcar only their fans can tell you that.
