  1. What an absolute shambles of a day. Ashamed to say I left early and dont have a clue or care who won! Red hot weather did not need to be dragged out. Now, accidents etc you cant legislate for but G Flint comeback all forgiven, at least he knows how to get a meeting through. Ms Horley is not the person to do that. Surely for a top event an FIM Ref should be allocated? We, these days have more and more of these ridiculous false starts with all back, Ms Horley is the master!
  2. Dyer looked a class act even in his early days at Dudley when I watched him. He has taken time to settle to Premier League and it reminds you of a certain Wayne Brown when he joined Berwick all those years ago. Redcar are reaping the rewards now and because of Dyer are up at top of league and in Cup semi.
  3. There are about four or five on here regularly who come into the same bracket, moan, mutter, witter, send them to Coventry plenty company here!!
  4. Despite my points raised a fair posting from you sir or madam
  5. I really enjoyed Saturday meeting despite the delays. Maybe the Ref said it was the hardest meeting rather than the worst? It must have been a difficult one to handle but certainly it was not bad. I really dont know what folk want. All you get on here is wittering from so called Bandits fans, moan here, moan there, about half a dozen regular moaners on the Berwick forum who should stay at home and watch Strictly Come Dancing or something similar! LOL Come down to the Elite League tracks and then you will have something to moan about.
  6. Barker cant guest, he is in GB team v Australia at Rye, if he is fit as I see he crashed out at Armadale last night
  7. Trouble seems that not enough meetings to spin around until end August. No KO Cup or League of course.
  8. I think Screm is being highly optimistic! Any sort of Berwick win would be acceptable and even a 46-44 as Plymouth of 2013 are no Plymouth 2012!
  9. According to Berwick and BSPA sires Carr and Starke now double up at 7 for Berwick. Seems Starke rides at Buxton and Carr at Glasgow.
  10. Think problem you have is where to get riders to replace others! Glasgow have had same worry and riders are all fully committed at this time of season. Not at last night but Smith and Aspegren points poor.
  11. To be honest lots of folks could not believe Stoke did not use young Carr this season
  12. Berwick seem to be among front runners in reducing prices. Late last season they had a £10 charge for adults and kids free and this year with Workington have the lowest admission in Premier at £13 per adult, reduced concessions and kids free. For their Dudley challenge it was £8 adult and I read they had a not bad turn out?
  13. Yes that's 3 good PL meetings on Sky this year including Scunthorpe and Berwick. Sky should ditch Elite and do deal with Premier for 2014!
  14. Did he not have to withdraw from a late season match at Berwick in 2012 after couple of rides? Was that not shoulder or arm.?
  15. But can Monarchs get RR for Pijper? Is it not just for day of Longtrack meetings (assume it Saturday)? Sure Berwick a couple years ago were hit by same problem with Franc and used 3 pointer?
  16. I think the teams are listed on the Berwick Press release on their site today?
  17. Does it really matter when it happened? The fact is that 48 hours before the meeting they have announced it. Many others would not say a thing until the night. Lindgren will be a miss for Newcastle, so I take it he riding in Swedish Leagues?
  18. Very quiet on teams? Are Aspegren and Lindgren in Sweden Tuesday? If so going by Kling last week for Plymouth it will be National League guests. Also any news on Robson and Kerr injuries and France are in World Cup meeting in Hungary on Monday so is Bellego out as well?
