Yes but I saw him a lot on away tracks last season and he was much better than some other Berwick riders on travels. It is not all about your own track but like some other Berwick fans you never happy. If he has signed, as some say, a good young rider with lot more to offer and if it for Bellego will give much more on your trips.
How can a team possibly run every week these days? There are not enough meetings to fit in unless you run micky mouse events? Crowds are poor enough across the sport without risking that. As has been said on the forum it is possible the idea of extra league matches (2 last season from memory) could be ditched so you would have (allowing all clubs run) 3 league cup, 12 league and at least 1 KO =16. Season say runs from April to end Sept = 6 months or say 25/26 weeks so you have around 9 blank dates. Best solution is run every fortnight. Apols was answering a Tourettes point!
You lost me on last bit Arson?
I am a Coventry fan now for sins but supported Berwick when I worked in Morpeth for Council and used to go to Brough as well.
I saw Roynon a few times at Peterborough. Riding at tough number two and looked as if he was finding his form. If he was at reserve and could keep away from injury certainly worth a chance on his low average.
I understand from fans comments Berwick due sponsorship money still??
Whether it was removed or not it remains that people all over the UK should be happy they have a team to support given the mess the sport seems to be in. Stupid comments about pies in freezers and tea partys!
