Thats right ask Tully to take all season to recover, Newcastle R/R is working well in their favour , when he returns Newcastle will be just as strong as any other team in the league, FACT. The guys did really well to pull the meeting back . pleased I didn't go obviously a gate & go paradise . Can't see Redcar beating Newcastle over the two remaining legs in the Micky Mouse Cup so good luck Newcastle in the semis

Having lost Chris Mills tonight with suspected broken wrist practicing after the meeting I'l just be happy with all the lads back safe , watching updates tomorrow, good luck boys

Obviously fixerman & worky boy were not at sheff tonight just sitting behind updates screen !!! Rusty had sore ribs and leg after his fall and rene probs with his seat on his bike, Sheff 47 worky 46 and the tractor 57 😡, our lads rode their socks off everyone of them and deserved more than a point but hey there won't be many teams that take that from sheff ! After heat 8 when stead spat his dummy out and coached the tractors round for the other 7 heats we were nailed on for all points, we still took a point a they only scraped it by 1 , think hoggy's predictions about sat could be way off the mark , they won't take a bloody thing from Worky , lets hope our tractor puts in as much performance as Sheffield's did tonight , put strictly come dancing to shame !!!! Man of the match , step forward the tractor man 😂😜😝

Coming on supporters bus for this weather permitting , not many of us on it though . Weather not looking good over at Redcar during the day tomorrow , do we see our first rain off!!! A great night of speedway , all the Comets played their part and its great to see Rusty back to his former self, his pass in heat 12 was awesome , Rene just keeps getting better and better , and credit to Chris Mills he looked on the pace and would have finished with 7 points other than the EF he had. Onto Redcar, what the hell was Kus playing at !!! He was dire, inches away from going through the tape twice then his next two outings he didn't get in front so just toddled along at the back , very disappointing performance from your number 5. Rider of the night for the bears stand forward Micky Dyer, absolutely fantastic effort from the reserve, fairplay to him his win over Rene and Rusty in heat 15 was great, even getting a standing ovation from a lot of Comets fans in the grandstand, he won't be in the reserve berth very long . Heres hoping we go over to Redcar on Thurs and collect all 4 points, we need them to put pressure on Newcastle to top the League Cup table . Well Done Comets
