I hope any team bar Peterborough win, what an absolute farce , shouldn't be held there in the first place , couldnt run a pee up in a brewery, the last 2 years have been an shambles and meeting running on for 4-5 hours!! Lets hope next year all competitions like this will be held on neutral ground at the new national stadium in Manchester. I bet some other teams fans will be raging too, I'm chuffed Workington got through but if the likes of Barker, Stead had been riding it would have been a different story, but yet they let Peterborough have anyone they want , stinks to high heaven !!!!!!

Glad to see others agree , racing may be good but we travelled from Cardiff which took over 2 hours , got a space on the 4th bend, went for a drink/loo/food , missed 4 heats , covered in shale walking back round . Has to be a bigger,better place to hold these events, how about the new stadium at Belle Vue

When we came over for the Worky meeting , we could t believe how many people were there , the crowd was really poor . Worrying times , best of luck !!

Well think that's my final year for the pairs if it's still at Somerset. Over 2000 people , 6/7 ladies toilets, 30min wait for a drink,food, the loo. Centre green announcer making it the Somerset show (yet again) . Let's hope it gets moved to a neutral track maybe the new Bellevue, a bit like the farce that is the PL Fours, 5-6hours to run a meeting , ends up the Peterborough show. They took it from Workington for the that reason (which I do agree with) . Let's hope somebody sees bloody sense next year !!!!

It does give an unfair advantage being able to use a guest continually. Our no1 just dropped to reserve , you have to get on with it, and so should every other team. I'm sure if you had to use r/r each week from only your own team there suddenly would be someone signed in the no1 slot

You are right there, along with Sheffield, Scunny no way should teams be allowed to use R/R for no1 for half a season and pick out the most on form rider to guest. All teams should be made to replace after a certain amount of time, its all wrong

One rule that certainly needs changing, the fact teams can have a guest at no1 throughout the season handpicking the most on form rider to guest . Stead, Allen, Auty ..... You should be made to replace riders after a certain amount of time !!!!
