  1. There where some good riders at 'Boro at that time , Mad Dog , Mark Courtney, Steve Willcock , Daz Sumner & Buzz Burows plus a young Gary Havelock and a few more I've probably forgotten .
  2. It's a pity there aren't a few riders like Jack around today , he maybe didn't ride for long at Berwick but he still has cult status. Len Silver also said great things about him in his book

  5. they were one of the founder members of the Lowland League, currently in EOS premier league There are , two conferences below that
  6. The EOS league was split into conferences last year after a large percentage of the Scottish Junior football clubs decided to become full members of the SFA
  7. You can't be relegated from of the Lowland League . I don't see what difference it makes what League they're in the pitch dimensions will still have be much the same
  8. He was probably given an advance by the publisher first that's normally how it works, I don't suppose any newspapers will be queuing up to serialise it as that's usually another way of making money on a book

  12. I've driven to Cardiff once before and its not something I want to do again & I'm certainly not prepared to drive from the Scottish Borders to South Wales and back on the same day , so staying over is my only option
  13. Not everyone stays within driving distance of Cardiff and some have to stay over at least one night

  15. As he's current world champ I'd say Tai is deserving of a wild card pick when you take into account his injury. Personally I wouldn't give Hancock one I think it's time to move on the series needs some new blood , I don't think Robert Lambert has done enough to justify a pick , Fricke however my have caught the eyes of those who decide who gets the nod for next year

  18. Needs to be run over three consecutive nights Fri , Sat & Sun and not spread out over the season
  19. There was a three team tournament run a few years ago with back in the Berrington Lough days
